Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger took a surprising shot at Ryan Gosling in the November issue of Blender, suggesting that she found the 26-year-old screen star disappointing when she met him in person.

But now Scherzinger is insisting to Usmagazine.com that Gosling, in fact, pushes all her buttons.

Scherzinger, 29, told Blender that she had a crush on his on-screen persona. “Who doesn’t love Ryan Gosling after you see The Notebook?” she said, adding, “Then you meet the person and you’re like, 'Huh?’”

But at L.A. radio station KIIS-FM’s Homecoming Concert Saturday in Anaheim, California, she told Us: “He is adorable. He is gorgeous!”

So what exactly did she mean by her Blender comments?

Scherzinger explained: "What I was saying is that in The Notebook everyone fell in love with him. But I can't really say that because I'll look cheesy."

Well, there’s no question what Scherzinger thinks of Dan In Real Life star Dane Cook.

Us spotted Scherzinger “cuddling and kissing his neck” at a concert for singer Hoku October 23 in Hollywood.

A friend of Scherzinger says, “He’s not her usual type, but she really seems to like him. He is incredibly funny and has completely wooed her with his humor.”
