Sam Lutfi has agreed to stay away from Britney Spears for another month.
Both Lutfi and Spears' co-conservators agreed to the extension, which delays a hearing that could have made a restraining order against Lutfi permanent, his rep Michael Sands said yesterday.
"Both parties are happy and will continue to work together to further resolve any issues that may have come up in the past," Sands told the Associated Press.
Lutfi has been forbidden from going within 250 yards of Spears and her home since February.
In a six-page declaration (released in February), Lynne Spears had accused Lutfi of grinding up Risperdal, a sleeping medication, and Seroquel, an anti-psychotic drug prescribed to treat bipolar disorder, and giving them to Britney.
Lutfi himself admitted in an Us Weekly cover story that he had given Britney "a handful of pills" to help her sleep. Britney, Lutfi told Us, agreed that the meds were helping her sleep.

Lufti should be kept away permanently..who is he to prescribe drugs to her,he is definitely after her money, he lookslike a loser, maybe her can find another loser like himself, as for Britney I am glad the parents took over and started cutting/budgeting KFed's bills Brit is no longer a milking cow whre they can use and abuse her money. She is a talented star and it would be shame to see it go to waste. Get rid of the leeches, parasites and golddiggers, listen to yor parents and get backyour fans are waiting for you.
