I want this stuff legal because;
I dont want another 4/20 to pass knowing that illegal pot may be stained
with blood shed by murder for the sake of the banks evil money, a false idol of lucifer.
I dont want my freinds tossed into a dungeon when
he just trying to make a living, trying to help his
freinds through life.
I dont want any body to smoke stale, foreign press buds, the better brands are raised in the sunshine with rain water and black soil, and delivered fresh cured, fluffy and easy break.
Intensive agriculture is unsustainable, a ban on greenhouse and lighthouse operations with
the penalty of confiscation ought to keep bootlegging down.
(unless, of course, you pay for the privilage).
A half dozen in pots in clear veiw is a reasonable urban crop for individual use. In other words, no more than 6 potted plants on a property that is zoned single family. (6 plants outside, or 6 plants inside). Gardeners must prove that their crop is out of the reach of
minors by the use of physical barriers with locked access.
Minors in posession of a plant may be fined, I suppose that will make
neglectful parents take better notice of their naughty children.
Allow adults to trade with their private stock for cash, or other things. Make the corporate world
pay tax on their wares that they sell in public for profits and the love of money.
But dont get cought selling to minors...SEVERE PENALTY! (dont worry, kids...im sure your older brother will break you off a piece) (but not too much, brothers!).
