Call it the tale of two silhouettes. With this week’s debut of 35-year-old basketballer Shaquille O’Neal’s ABC reality show, Shaq’s Big Challenge, CNBC talk show host Donny Deutsch, 49, has a big problem with the show’s new logo looking just like his!
Both logos feature the silhouette of a man (each host) as the letter “I” in the word “Big." In retaliation, Deutsch, host of The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch, is issuing O’Neal a challenge.
Taking his case to The New York Post, the ad exec turned TV host says he’ll “[hold] back the lawyers” as long as Shaq is willing to assist him with his own weight loss challenge. Deutsch is requesting that O’Neal, who acts as host for the reality series in which overweight children struggle to shave off the pounds, appear on his program to help him lose 10 pounds.
