To Robert D: Not exactly. The Hiltons had the power to stop that tape; Paris was supposed to sign a legal document that would have prevented its distribution. But she never did. What made matters worse, is that the Hiltons falsely claimed that Solomon drugged Paris to get her submit to the video, which wasn't true.
