This week, the long-dormant feud between Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Denise Richards heated up again when the Two and a Half Men actor sought to modify the former couple's custody agreement.
In addition to requesting more time with daughters Sam, 3, and Lola, 2, Sheen accused Richards of using her nanny to spy on him and claimed that she asked him for a sperm donation to have a third child.
Richards called the claims "disgusting" and told Page Six, "I thought I was past all this stuff."
With two little girls caught in the middle of this battle, we're wondering which parent has their best interests at heart.

Surely he has a point? She'll have another kids with him (he has proof for the court), but he still has to have her nanny to supervise the girls visits?
If he was into under-age porn as Denise claimed in her divorce docs the restraining order would not have been dropped and charges would have been brought.
He's not perfect, but she can't even remember which kies she's told - and Stacie, Denise & Heather were out for New Year together, then she's supposed to start dating Richie in Feb (according to Denise last year even if she changed her mind about it to claim April in later interviews)... and that's "months"? Pah!

Things have been quiet with these two....now he wants the kids more....media backlash against Denise....hmmm....there couldn't possibly be a connection could there? I mean seriously, I don't necessarily like her, but there were reasons a judge granted her original custody agreement in the first place. He gets engaged and all seems peachy, but now let's bring on the drama. Why on Earth can't celebs simply move on quietly people wonder? Because they are attention starved. Period. No other explanation. If they weren't, they would have chosen a quieter life away from LA and the paparazzi. I pity these poor little girls.

You know I read all those documents on Smoking Gun and I have got to admit that I would have had him BARRED from visitation if i could have! I don't hate her like so many others here do. She wasn't "best friends" with Heather to begin with. Friends for a while, but Heather had dropped her a long time before she dated Richie. And so what? They had known each other for a long time and mutual affection developed. The media made a way bigger deal out of it than it was. Yes, I know "The Code" to not date anyone your friends dated or divorced. But in this day and age, big f'n deal. Doesn't make her crazy or vindictive. I just hope that both of them can keep their crap out of the media for the sake of the kids. Why did Charlie feel the need to spill all this crap NOW?? Sick way of trying to get attention and make her look bad. Ploy to get the kids...sick bastard.

I don't know, She is a b!tch. No doubt there, but Sheens past is hard to shake for me. I have issues with him and his hookers. Even if it was the past. They are both pretty low in the moral department. I remember his older movies like Platoon and young guns. He was so great. He has so much talent. I just wish that they'd get it together. So sad for those beautiful girls.

I can't imagine myself going after any of my friends' husbands, even if they are divorced. I look at men differently once they are involved or have been involved with my friend.

I think its the case of 2 people who never should have gotten together in the first place. They both have problems. The kids are so cute though- They could have a whole Hollywood pre-school for kids with crazy parents - Sean Preston, Jayden, Sam & Lola... We're looking at young hollywood in 18 years. I used to be a K-Fed hater (disliker) but he has always said "I want to keep the kids out of the spotlight, they didn't ask for that" meanwhile Britney is parading them up and down Melrose. Don't read that as me saying K-Fed is a hero. He IS a scrub but you can be a morally corrupt, talentless human being and still be better than Britney.

He has a long history of gambling, prostitution, and just plain sleaziness. If he agreed to the original arrangement of supervised visits it must have been because he couldn't be trusted alone. I don't blame her for wanting to keep her children safe.
