Shia LaBeouf's attorney appeared in a Burbank, CA court this morning to enter a plea of not guilty to a charge of unlawful smoking on the actor's behalf.
An arrest warrant was issued for the actor Tuesday after he failed to show up to a scheduled court appearance concerning the charge stemming from a February 18 incident in Burbank.
In court on Wednesday, an arraignment and pre-trial hearing was set for April 24.
The 21-year-old was arrested for trespassing in a Chicago pharmacy back in November. That charge was later dropped.

Unlawful Smoking is a law in which you're not allowed to smoke where it's not allowed. No big deal. Wasting time on this is ridiculous. Fine the guy and move on. Be careful people, soon you won't be able to blink or fart.

In my opinion, Shia LaBeouf should've gone to court himself and pleaded not guilty, not his lawyer! Hopefully, this mess will get straightned out real soon!?
