I think that the only reason we are even hearing about this is because the media follows celebs too closely. 20 years ago, these people could go to the store and no body even knew they had been there. They could get pulled over for all sorts of things and we might never hear about it. I think it is sad that they can't even go somewhere without make-up or gain 5 pounds without some guy taking pictures of it and posting them all of the internet and selling them to the highest bidder. I used to want to be famous but now I'm glad that no one knows who I am.

GOOD. Some of these Hollywood lowlife think they are above the law and that the same rules that everyone else needs to abide by do not apply to them, or they are just too stupid to live in society. This squinty eyed fool probably never even realized he was doing something wrong. Go ahead smoke, drink, take a couple of prescription sleeping pills, nothing will happen to you if you are famous, right?

Government should not be passing laws against smoking on private property. That is a violation of property rights. If a nonsmoker is present who does not like it, he or she can leave that property, or if they own it, ask the smoker to leave.

At the same time, every smoker I have ever known has violated the rights of others at some point in the context of their smoking. They tend to become self-obsessed and defense while they are puffing. They will do things like smoke in nonsmoking rooms, litter the sidewalk with butts, or throw the smoldering butts onto a dry grassy median. Yet, when they are not smoking, they can be perfectly reasonable people. If people want to smoke, fine, but how can we stop their behavior that violates the rights of others, without going overboard and violating their rights?

"Unlawful smoking" what is that? He was outside, what was he not 15 feet away.

That's a damn shame for Shia LaBeouf to get in trouble yet again! Wherever Shia is right now,? I hope him & his attorney, but especially Shia, takes care of this matter?

Bebe you name gets more obnoxious every day. And in response to the story, if this moron showed up for his court date they wouldnt have put out a warrant for his arrest. Celebs think they are above the law. I hope they throw him in jail.
