Spencer Pratt Rated a Top Reality TV Villain

Spencer Pratt is a top villain of reality television, TV Guide declares in its new issue. The Hills star was ranked No. 7 on the magazine's list.

The Apprentice's Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth topped the list.

"As half of the unholy union that is Speidi, Spencer never misses a chance to pimp his 'romance' with Heidi Montag – or publicly trash her ex-BFF, Lauren Conrad," TV Guide says in its June 23 issue.

Watch David Letterman ask Pratt if he's a "dope" off-camera as well as on The Hills. "How'd you get on this show, as a matter of fact?" joked Letterman.

The writers at US must orgasm every time they write about Spencer because otherwise I can't see why they cover him so much. He's not celebrity. Just because they have a 4 cover deal with the huge toothed albino and his equally grotesque girlfriend Heidi doesn't mean we care to read about him. I love how Spencer was the headline for this article when he's not even the number 1 name on the list. Who cares? US, get out of bed with Spencer & Heidi before your readers turn to more reputable magazines like People or In Touch. i never liked him and i love the hills. but in UK we are a season behind you guys so lauren has just returned from paris and speidi are broken up and honestly i like him much better when they are not together. he is funny and normal and i felt kind of sorry for him, when they are together he is just smug and annoying.
