Angelina Jolie got dissed by a fashion designer. Sort of.
Malcolm Harris tells the New York Post that he hung up on the Oscar-winning actress, 34, twice. The Mal Sirrah designer said he didn't believe it was Jolie on the line when she called last week to order three of his "One Dress" frocks.

Eventually, Jolie convinced him of her identity by explaining that she needed the dresses (at $225 a pop) for World Refugee Day events on Saturday. (Some of the dress proceeds go to the UN's refugee effort.) "I was so flattered," Harris told the Post.

Although Jolie - who was named a UN Goodwill Ambassador in 2001 - has been shooting the spy thriller Salt, she has still taken time to promote World Refugee Day. She taped a PSA and will appear on CNN's Anderson Cooper 360 Thursday. She also recently penned a piece for Time magazine, calling for more action to end the crisis in Darfur. "Darfur has almost disappeared from the news, and experts now call it a 'low intensity" conflict,'" Jolie wrote. "But the intensity of the crisis has not lessened for those who are struggling to survive."
