  It's charming and fun! I would crop a few inches off the bottom to give her some height, but it doesn't bug me enough to give this look anything but an A.

  The color is great on her, but the dress is too thick in the middle for someone of her height.

  Almost. Don't like the pop up in the middle of the dress and it doesn't make sense, esp. with the band. Hair and makeup look great.
