Beyoncé had a lot to say on Tuesday, October 4, while celebrating the end of her Formation world tour in New York City. The Lemonade musician, 35, slipped on a custom Akid distressed denim jacket that read “Slay” on the back. In photos posted on Beyonce.com, she styled the topper over a pink and green Gucci sweatshirt emblazoned with a tiger face and printed with a French message, “L’aveugle par amour,” which translates to “Love is blind” in English. She picked a pink camouflage baseball cap from her own Ivy Park athleisure brand. And, as always, she elongated her famous legs with heels: bright blue Gucci Molina lips–embroidered leather sandals topped with a pair of pink lips on the T-strap. The shoes covered in smooches matched her clutch: Blood & Honey’s “I Kiss Better Than I Cook” black mink clutch that retails for $1,950.

And, for the record, her clutch’s catchphrase may be true. In 2015, the “Pray You Catch Me” singer wrote an email to The New York Times about 22 Days Nutrition, a vegan delivery service. “I don’t really cook, but I’m a really good taste tester,” she said.

Not to be outdone, Jay Z also expressed himself on Wednesday, October 5. The “I Got the Keys” rapper, 46, was all smiles in a Courtside NYC “Retired Drug Dealer” snapback. Jay, who once rapped about making Yankee caps more famous than the actual baseball players, has opened up about his résumé before. The Brooklyn, native sold crack cocaine in the ’80s as a means of survival. In a 2013 Vanity Fair interview, he said that he grew to regret his part in the epidemic that plagued his ‘hood at the time. “I realized the effects on the community,” he said. “I started looking at the community on the whole, but in the beginning, no. I was thinking about surviving. I was thinking about improving my situation. I was thinking about buying clothes.”
