Halloween makeup! Alexis Ferro shows Us how to create unicorn and Harley Quinn looks.

OK, it’s Friday and you still don’t know what you want to be or who you want to dress up as for Halloween. Relax, we’ve got you covered, boo. We’ve narrowed down the best looks of 2016 so you don’t have to. In the winner’s circle: Suicide Squad’s Harley Quinn, who was played by Margot Robbie, and a magical unicorn.
Us Weekly’s video correspondent Christina Garibaldi and beauty writer Monique Meneses sat down with Blushington lead makeup artist Alexis Ferro, who showed Us how to recreate the year’s most popular looks.
Harley Quinn
1. Apply white face paint all over and color one eyelid in red paint up to the crease, the other in blue.
2. Using a paintbrush, paint splatter tears on either side and smudge with fingers.
3. Paint the mouth in red liquid lipstick.
4. Draw a heart on one side of the cheek with black eyeliner and fill in.
5. Set with powder.
Magical Unicorn
1. Apply foundation and concealer, then line your upper and lower lash lines in ebony ink.
2. Blend black, purple and lavender powder shadows to the crease and darken brows.
3. Using a sponge wedge, contour bright pink blush around the hairline, over your cheekbones and the sides of the neck.
4. Diffuse edges with a damp Beautyblender.
5. Randomly affix large and small adhesive-backed crystals to your forehead, cheeks and neck.
6. Dust loose pink glitter over the blush and crystals with a brush and apply champagne highlighter atop cheekbones, down the bridge of the nose and on the Cupid’s bow.
7. Apply falsies.
8. Slick on pink lipstick.
