Could have used some sunscreen! Kelly Osbourne showed the more painful side of summer fun on Monday, September 5.
The former Fashion Police host, 31, shared a clip of her shaking her head from behind, putting a massive sunburn on display. “The sun hates me & [I] F–KING hate the sun,” she wrote in the accompanying caption.
She went on to explain that the intense, lobster hue of burn was the result of mere moments outside: “This what happened after only 10 mins & I was sat in the bloody shade 😡.”
The Osbournes alum isn’t afraid to give fans true insight into her daily life, and as Us Weekly previously reported, is getting even more real by releasing her first book, There’s No F*cking Secret.
“Growing up in the spotlight has come with its ups and downs and my life has been far from normal, but I am finally at a place where I feel empowered to be who I really am,” the actress turned fashion designer exclusively told Us about the book, due out in spring 2017. “I’m so excited to share an uncensored look at the stories that have shaped the woman I am today, which I hope will encourage and inspire others to find their own confidence and self-acceptance.”
On the meaning behind the tome’s title, Osbourne explained, “People always ask me what my secret is. I can now honestly say that THERE’S NO F*CKING SECRET.”
