Open to legal residents of the 50 United States , Washington DC and Canada (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF RHODE ISLAND, OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, PUERTO RICO, OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND QUEBEC) who as of December 10, 2008 are 13 years of age or older.

1. How to Enter:
a. To enter the "House Bunny Bond with Your Sisters" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), visit the UsMagazine.com website at www.usmagazine.com/sweeps/house-bunny and follow the registration and entering directions provided therein. Limit one entry per person. Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on 12/10/2008. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on 1/14/2009. b. No mechanically reproduced or computer generated entries permitted. Not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, or entries containing incorrect or incomplete information. Not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer, on-line, or Internet systems or services, servers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry or confirmation or winners notice on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, problems with UsMagazine.com website or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes. Entries become the property of Us Weekly and will not be acknowledged or returned.
c. If an entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information.
2. Winner(s):
a. Selection of Winner. One (1) potential grand prize winner and five (5) potential first prize winners will be selected from a random drawing held on or about 1/15/2009 from among all eligible entries received by a panel of judges selected by Sponsor. The potential winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. If an eligible Canadian resident is selected as a potential winner of any prize, he/she must correctly answer a time based mathematical skill testing question administered during the aforementioned notification call to be eligible for a prize. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she is an eligible Canadian winner and cannot correctly answer the time based mathematical skill testing question, and/or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and, an alternate potential winner of such prize will be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion.
b. Decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
3. Prize(s):
One (1) grand prize winner will receive the following prize (the "Prize"):
Six (6) CosmeticMall.com $50 gift cards;
Six (6) ICE.com Pink Sapphire and Diamond Sterling Silver Bracelets; and
Six (6) House Bunny prize packs consisting of one cosmetic case and one nail file each.
Five (5) first prize winners will receive the following Prize:
One (1) CosmeticMall.com $50 gift card; and
One (1) House Bunny prize pack consisting of one cosmetic case and one nail file.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all Prizes: $1,560. ARV of grand prize winner Prize: $1,260. ARV of first prize winner Prize: $60 each. Actual retail value of the Prize may vary. Cosmetic Mall Gift Cards are subject to terms and conditions which may be reviewed at www.cosmeticmall.com (click on "Terms and Conditions" link at bottom of page) and cannot be combined with any other offer. Cosmetic Mall Gift Cards have no expiration date. The value loaded on Cosmetic Mall Gift Cards is a pre-payment only for the purchase of products from CosmeticMall.com. Cosmetic Mall Gift Cards may not be returned, redeemed or exchanged for cash. Cosmetic Mall Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen and Cosmetic Mall will not be responsible for any unauthorized transactions on Cosmetic Mall Gift Cards.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
4. General:
a. Employees, directors and officers of Sponsor, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Inc., CosmeticMall.com, Ice.com, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and their immediate family members and/or those living in same household are not eligible.
b. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except as provided herein. Prizes are non-redeemable for cash. In the event of unavailability, Sponsor may substitute a prize of greater or equal value.
c. All federal/state/local taxes are the sole responsibility of prize winners. The grand prize winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 from the Sponsor for the total ARV of the prize (as stated above) that he/she won in the calendar year that he/she won.
d. Potential winners (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) must execute Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Form(s) within 10 days of notification. Noncompliance, or return of prize notification as undeliverable or inability to locate finalist within 5 days after notification will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate finalist. Winner's travel companion must execute a Release of Liability Form. If any winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, such prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian.
e. By participating in the Sweepstakes and accepting any prize, entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from and against any and all liability whatsoever for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cause of action, claim, cost or expense (including without limitation any property damage, personal injury and/or death) arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes. Each entrant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Released Parties.
Released Parties are not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if prize cannot be awarded due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.
Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
f. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to use entrant's name, biographical information, image and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrant (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) releases and holds harmless the Released Parties for any liability, claims and causes of action based on defamation or violation of rights of publicity or privacy. Additionally, if an entrant chooses to opt-in to receive communications from a participating Sweepstakes Entity, his/her entry information will be subject to that Sweepstakes Entity's privacy policy and terms of service (if applicable), and such entrant agrees to receive additional email communication from that particular Sweepstakes Entity. Opting in to receive communications does not improve one's chances of winning any prize. The privacy policy for any Sweepstakes Entity participating in an opt-in will be accessible from the Sweepstakes entry form.
g. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of UsMagazine.com or who is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes in the event the Sweepstakes is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, or technical failures of any kind. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR TAMPER WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
h. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding with regard to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
i. Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes will be determined according to the laws of the State of New York, without reference to its conflict of laws principles, and the entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the State and Federal Court located in New York County and agree that such courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
