- Us Weekly reports in its new issue, on newsstands now, that Jake Gyllenhaal has moved in with girlfriend Reese Witherspoon and is helping her raise her two kids. "Marriage is definitely what they are working toward," a source close to the actress tells Us. - Heather Locklear entered rehab for psychological treatment. "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression," her rep said in a statement.

- Anne Hathaway split with boyfriend of four years, Raffaello Follieri, because "all the shady stuff was too much," a source told Us. Follieri was admitted to the hospital after suffering an anxiety attack after his bail hearing Tuesday on wire fraud charges but was taken to the Metropolitan Correctional Center Wednesday when he was unable to pay his $21 million bail.

- Brooke Hogan explained controversial photos that showed her father Hulk applying suntan lotion to her butt. "I know I'm a grown woman, but it's like he's touching an old car," the singer tells Us Weekly in its latest issue, on newsstands now. She also opens up for the first time about her family's bad year and reveals she doesn't talk to her mom Linda, who's dating a 19-year-old.

- Jennifer Lopez debuted her bikini body in Spain, just four months after giving birth to twins.

- Heidi Montag debuted her latest single, "Fashion," on Usmagazine.com. Watch The Hills star host a fashion show of her new clothing line Heidiwood on The View.

- Kathy Griffin revealed she never went all the way with her ex, Apple co-founder billionaire Steve Wozniak. "We were dating, but were just friendly. I never f----d him or anything!" she told Us. "The truth is," she added, "we really were friends the whole time."

- Verne "Mini Me" Troyer filed a $20 million lawsuit against TMZ.com for running a clip of his sex tape online.

"We really were friends the whole time," she tells Us

Kathy Griffin says she never went all the way with her ex, Apple co-founder billionaire Steve Wozniak.

"We were dating, but were just friendly. I never f----d him or anything!" she told Usmagazine.com during a visit to our NYC offices last Thursday.

"The truth is," she added, "we really were friends the whole time."

They definitely had their laughs together, she said.

"When we went to the Emmys together, I put on this really huge engagement ring and didn’t tell him," she told Us. "There are these great photos of me posing with this great big fake diamond ring.

"He didn’t notice!" she added. "I was like, 'Oh, by the way at the Emmys, I had on a fake engagement ring!' And he was like, 'Oh, that’s very funny.'"

She announced their split in April (they met in 2007 after he watched her perform).

After they called it quits, she said "he met someone very quickly and then they [got] engaged."

No hard feelings, said Griffin, who plans to visit Wozniak (who appears on her Bravo reality show) in Saratoga, New York, on July 11.

"I have had dinner with them, and she’s a thousand times more appropriate!" she said. "I hate to say it, but in the Bruce, Demi, Ashton [scheme of things], I’m the Bruce!"

Steve Wozniak is still "totally a life-long friend," she tells Us

Kathy Griffin has split from billionaire Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.

"He is an awesome guy, but I have to say he is in the friends category now," Griffin, 47, told Usmagazine.com at the GLAAD Awards in L.A. Saturday.

"As a matter of fact," she added, "I got an email last week from him, and he is going to marry someone else... I think he might be married. I don’t really know that for sure, though."

She insisted there are no hard feelings: He even appears on the upcoming season of her Bravo reality show.

"He is really cute and funny on it," she said, adding, "He's totally a life-long friend."

Griffin and Wozniak, 57, met last year after he watched her perform in Saratoga.

Griffin split from husband Matt Moline in 2006.

It's no joke: Kathy Griffin's a minister.

The crass comedienne, 47, who was recently ordained online by the Universal Life Church, officiated a wedding in NYC Saturday, New York's Daily News reports.

The 10-minute service for Brian Anstey and Elka Shapiro ranged from telling raunchy jokes to having the bride recite the reception menu.

"The request came in, and how could I say no?" said Griffin, who also completed additional paperwork to meet New York State requirements. "I love that this couple just want to have fun. They're my kind of people."

The wedding will air on her Bravo reality show, My Life on the D-List, in June.

Griffin is currently dating Apple co-founderSteve Wozniak.

Just one year after a bitter a divorce from husband Matt Moline, it looks like Kathy Griffin may be ready to walk down the aisle again. We spotted Griffin with boyfriend and Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak at the Emmys, and the fiery comic was sporting what appeared to be an engagement ring. “I don’t kiss and tell,” the usually forthcoming Griffin told Usmagazine.com.

The couple did reveal that they met in Saratoga where Wozniak came to see Griffin perform. “I was a fan of hers before we met,” he tells Us. “I love her personality and her quick thinking. I think we have so much in common.” Quips Griffin, who later shared chocolate covered strawberries with Wozniak at the Entertainment Tonight party at the Walt Disney Concert Hall, “The thing is he doesn’t realize that I am the brains of the operation and he is like some dumb bimbo that I picked up!”

The "brains of the operation" was on Larry King Live last night gushing even further about her new love...in her own brash, offensive, and funny way. She asked King, " What do you make, Lar? You make a few million a year? He craps that out for lunch. I mean this guy has so much money -- but I love him for his personality."

When later pressed by King to define the status of her relationship with Wozniak, Griffin coyly replied, "I like him in a boy-girl way."
