Bill Murray and his wife Jennifer Butler Murray have finalized their divorce — a month after she accused him of adultery and drug use.

According to the June 13 court documents (obtained by TMZ.com), the comedian, 57, has been ordered to pay child support.

She will have custody of their four kids and keep all their properties in her name.

He must also pay her a lump sum of $7 million. (They had signed a prenup that it is still valid, according the court papers.)

The news comes a month after she accused him of adultery, addiction to marijuana and alcohol, abusive behavior, physical abuse and sexual addictions.

According to her six-page filing, she claimed he abused her on more than one occasion during their marriage.

One time, the document claimed, he "hit his wife in the face and then told her she was 'lucky he didn't kill her.'"

His attorney said the comedian was "deeply saddened by the breakup of his marriage. He and his wife are loving parents and they are committed to the best interests of their children."

With a trial set for July 2, Diana Bianchi "is looking to move forward in her life," her lawyer says

Budding singer Diana Bianchi — who was at the center of the Christie Brinkley-Peter Cook scandal two years ago — has been subpoenaed to testify in the upcoming divorce trial.

"She is looking to move forward in her life and regain her anonymity," Bianchi's lawyer told Entertainment Tonight on Monday. "She has pursued a career in music by her own choice. That choice has nothing to do with Christie Brinkley or Peter Cook. She wants the media to respect her privacy."

The trial — which will be open to the public — is set to begin July 2 in Long Island, New York.

According to Access Hollywood, Brinkley, 54, will claim that Cook, 49 — with whom she raised two children, Jack, 13, and Sailor, 9 — often trolled Internet porn and swinger sites in search of women.

Cook's fling with Bianchi (his then-19-year-old assistant) prompted Brinkley to file for divorce in 2006. (Bianchi sued Cook and they settled out of court last year.)

Brinkley is pleased the trial is open to the public because "she's still spitting mad at Cook," a source told Access.

Her lawyer tells ET: "Since the case hasn't been able to be resolved, Ms. Brinkley looks forward to her day in court."

The model and architect Peter Cook are involved in a contentious divorce custody battle

Christie Brinkley wants salacious details from her divorce battle with ex husband Peter Cook to be made public.

The supermodel claims that Cook trolled Internet porn sites, including swinger sites in search of women, Access Hollywood reports.

Lawyers for Brinkley filed a motion for the proceedings to be made public in New York Supreme Court Thursday.

Brinkley, 54, and Cook, a 49-year-old architect, announced they were splitting July 2006 after it was revealed he carried on a year-long affair with an 18-year-old assistant, Diana Bianchi.

"I'm sorry. I'm contrite. I'm stupid. Foolish. No excuse," Cook said at the time.

Brinkley wants the case publicized because "she's still spitting mad at Cook," a source told Access

The couple have been involved in a custody battle involving their children Jack, 13, (Brinkley's son with Richard Taubman who was later adopted by Cook), and Sailor, 9.

In January, they reached a temporary custody agreement.

A law guardian for the children will ask the new case, which begins July 2, be kept private, Access reports.

Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe Finalize Their Divorce

The two appear to have settled all financial and custody issues

Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe finalized their divorce on Thursday, Extra reports.

Details weren't immediately available.

According to documents dated June 12, the two — who were seeking shared custody arrangement over children Ava, 8, and Deacon, 4 — "have settled all their remaining issues in these proceedings."

Witherspoon filed for divorce in 2006, citing irreconcilable differences.

"After the divorce, I was a physical wreck. I wanted to die,” Phillippe told the Autumn-Winter 2007-2008 of U.K. magazine Man About Town. “I was ready to kill myself. I was not taking care of myself at all. I would wake up and cry and vomit.”

"He's a good dude," Phillippe said of the actor. "I love her, and I want her to be happy, and it seems like she is."

Phillippe recently stepped out with his Stop-Loss co-star Abbie Cornish, whom he dated after his split with Witherspoon.

Anne Heche Ordered to Pay Ex $275,000 in Divorce Settlement

Anne Heche has reached a divorce settlement with her ex-husband Coley Laffoon, the Associated Press reports.

The actress, 39, must pay Laffoon, 34, a lump sum of $275,000, along with $3,700 a month in child support for their son, Homer, 6.

A judge also ruled that she must pay 75 percent of Homer's private-school tuition. (They agreed to split the cost of any of their son's "agreed upon extracurricular activities.")

The two wed in 2001.

Laffon filed for divorce in February, citing irreconcilable differences.

Soon after, Heche accused him of frequenting strip clubs, watching porn and being a deadbeat dad.

He fired back in court papers, saying her "credibility should also be called into question as a result of her mental instability, which was highly publicized in her [2001] autobiography entitled Call Me Crazy."

Comedian Bill Murray's wife of more than 10 years, Jennifer, has filed for divorce.

In documents filed May 12 in a Charleston, S.C. family court, she accuses him of "adultery, addiction to marijuana and alcohol, abusive behavior, physical abuse, sexual addictions and frequent abandonment," the Charleston Post & Courier reports.

According to the six-page filing, she claims the funnyman abused her on more than one occasion during their marriage.

One time, the document claims, he "hit his wife in the face and then told her she was 'lucky he didn't kill her.'"

She is also seeking a restraining order banning him from her $3.65 million home and is asking the court to determine if their premarital agreement is valid and enforceable. (If the marriage is dissolved and the premarital agreement is made a part of the order, the Courier reports, he would have to pay her $7 million.)

They have four children.

His attorney tells Entertainment Tonight: "Bill Murray is deeply saddened by the breakup of his marriage. He and his wife are loving parents and they are committed to the best interests of their children and Mr. Murray has asked that the public respect his privacy at this difficult time."

The feud between Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen that reignited this week is getting even uglier.

Richards, 37 - in NYC to promote her new E! reality show — is now claiming that Sheen, 42, sent her vulgar text messages attacking her father and mother, who recently died of cancer.

"Last week, I sent Charlie a text message asking him if he's going to Family Day [for daughter Sam's school] and letting him know Sam was sick with a cold," Richards told the New York Post.

"His response was, 'I hope you and your worthless retarded father get cancer and join your stupid mom. Rot in hell you [bleeping] whore,'" Richards claims. "My mom died of cancer. This is what I deal with on a weekly basis.

"He missed Dad's day at the school, and my father had to go in his place. And this is how he talks to me?"

(Sheen's rep had no comment when contacted by Usmagazine.com.)

Their ongoing war resumed Wednesday when Richards claimed on the Today show that Sheen faked e-mails from her, asking Sheen's fiancee, Brooke Mueller, for his sperm.

"I don't want Charlie's prostitute-tranny-infested sperm," Richards tells the Post. "I have two beautiful kids. We'll leave it at that.

"I am so over him," she says. "He's the one who can't move on. He's disgusting, and he's hit an all-time low."

Sheen's rep fired back: "Denise seems to be denying the existence of [the] e-mail. This goes beyond a he-said-she-said. We have an offer from a [live] TV show. They will bring a computer expert to diagnose the e-mail and to verify it was sent by her e-mail address and to verify it was neither altered nor edited. Computer DNA — it is conclusive.

"The only time Charlie has spoken on TV about her, they were sound bites at red-carpet visits or during set visits," the rep said. "He has not gone on multiple TV shows this week."

Yeardley Smith — who voices Lisa Simpson on the hit Fox toon — has filed for divorce from her husband of four years, Daniel Erickson.

According to a petition filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, she cited irreconcilable differences, TMZ.com reports.

She is requesting that she not be ordered to pay spousal support.

It isn't her first split: In 1990, she wed actor Christopher Grove but called it quits in 1992.

Smith, 43 -- who originally auditioned for the role of Bart -- has admitted that she battled bulimia before the age of 13.

She said her eating disorder got worse when she failed to achieve her personal goal of winning an Oscar by age 30.

"I would turn all of my anger and disappointment in on myself, which would be an instant unfailing trigger for my bulimia, which was already raging out of control," she told Newsweek in 2005.

She said she hasn't binged and purged since 2003.

Playing Lisa Simpson - who had an eating disorder - has been a way "to work out a lot of my own childhood social angst," Smith has said.

"She's a fantastic legacy," she adds of the toon. "I have a complete understanding that she and the show itself are now so much a part of the fabric of our culture, in this day and age, that it would be foolish to think, or even try, to somehow shake it or make it less than what it is."

Marie-Anne Thiébaud is slamming a report that she had a fling with the singer's ex Mutt Lange

Shania Twain's secretary and house manager is slamming people.com's report that she split up the country singer's 14-year marriage to producer Mutt Lange.

When contacted by E! News at her home in Geneva, Marie-Anne Thiébaud admitted, "I know what you're ringing to ask me about. But, when marriages break up they break up for all sorts of complicated reasons, it's never just one reason. And those reasons should be kept private.

"If you're looking for a person that broke up a marriage then you have the wrong person. I'm not that person," she added.

Thiébaud, 37 —who said she no longer works for the pair and is retired — declined to comment any further on the report, asking that the press not "intrude into people's private lives."

Twain, 42, and Lange, 59, announced their split on May 15.

They have a son, Eja D'Angelo, 6.

In the new issue of Us Weekly (on newsstands now), longtime pal and radio host Tim Denis tells Us, "Initially, I think they felt getting away from the spotlight would be good for their marriage, but it does not look like that was the case."

Kiefer Sutherland has finalized his divorce from his ex, Elizabeth, four years after filing papers.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted the divorce on Friday.

The actor, 41 — who served a stint in jail for a DUI arrest last year — and his ex were together for nearly eight years before he called it quits, citing irreconcilable differences, in 2004.

It is second failed marriage. He was briefly wed to actress Camelia Kath.
