Verne "Mini Me" Troyer has filed a $20 million lawsuit against celeb Web site TMZ.com for running a clip of his sex tape online.

In the suit (filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles), the actor, 39, alleges that the site violated his privacy rights, infringed on his copyright and misappropriated his name and likeness.

He claims Kevin Blatt — who distributed Paris Hilton's One Night in Paris — stole the tape (Blatt is named as a defendant in the suit).

Troyer is also seeking an injunction prohibiting further dissemination of the video.

TMZ — which reported the news on its Web site Thursday — aired the 20-second clip earlier this week. The snippet shows Troyer tongue-kissing a former "live-in girlfriend" in their apartment. A source tells Us the rest of the tape is considerably racier.

Heidi Montag says she isn't to blame for the Lauren Conrad sex tape drama.

"I tried to help her get it back for, like, a year," Montag said on the Late Show With David Letterman Wednesday. "I was like, 'You gotta get it back, you gotta do something about this.'"

When Conrad's ex Jason Wahler threatened to release it, Montag claimed, "she was like, 'I don't know what to do...' I was like, 'Well, let's get it back.'

"Next thing I know," Montag continued, "it's blamed on me. All of a sudden, I made up the sex tape... I didn't film it, I didn't do it, I'm not trying to sell it. How did it come down on me?"

Asked when the tape would come out, she told Letterman, "I don't know. I'm wondering that myself."

After accusing her of spreading the rumors, Montag said she doesn't think the two could ever be friends again. "Blaming a sex tape on me, making a whole season on it..." she said. "I'm not so sure."

Montag and Pratt refueled the sex tape rumors rumors Tuesday during an appearance on The Tyra Banks Show, where he declared footage exists "for 100 percent fact."

Wahler shot back Wednesday on Usmagazine.com, saying Pratt "is lying ... I do not have a sex tape of Lauren Conrad and one does not exist."

Pratt fired back: "Jason's statement couldn't be more transparent. Notice how he uses present tense, 'I DO not have a sex tape... one DOES not exist.'"

After being accused of spreading rumors about a Lauren Conrad video, The Hills star becomes the center of his own home movie controversy

In a twist that one might expect from an episode of The Hills, Spencer Pratt, once-accused of spreading rumors about a Lauren Conrad sex tape, now finds himself on the other end of a similar scenario.

A recent National Enquirer report claimed that Pratt, 24, has been shopping footage of himself and some pals hooking up with a bevy of Brazilian women (before he met fiance Heidi Montag, 21) and wants it released on the sly under the guise that it had been “stolen.”

But Pratt assures Us Weekly, “I was never on camera, and there is no sex tape. However, I did go to Brazil three years ago to film a jujitsu tournament for a documentary.”

At the risk of giving Pratt ideas, a source tells Us that if there were a sex tape of him floating around, it could fetch serious bucks. “Initial licensing could be upward of a million dollars,” says the source, who has bought and sold celebrity footage. “He could turn it into a money-making machine.”

The rumors are true! Turns out there is an Eva Longoria sex tape.

The 32-year-old Desperate Housewives star has teamed up with Will Ferrell and is mining One Night With Paris, Paris Hilton’s sex tape with Rick Salomon, for comedic gold.

The newlywed filmed a spoof of the homemade porn -– complete with vision-style – with comedian Eric Christian Olsen (aka: “Perry Hilton”) for Ferrell’s comedy site “Funny Or Die.”

“Are you sure we should be doing this?” Longoria whines at the beginning of the tape while peering into the camera.“What if it gets out? It could be really embarrassing.”

“Don’t worry baby,” Olsen replies. “I’m going to put it someplace safe, like the glove box of my car.”

The scene is followed by a pillow fight and a shot of Olsen on the hotel phone. “Hello, hotel? This is Perry Hilton. Listen, if you hear yelling coming from our room, don’t worry, it’s the good kind!”

Instead of sex, the video shows a silly montage of Longoria jumping on the bed, and Olsen doing push-ups while the actress sits on his back reading a magazine.

“Are you sure no one’s ever going to see this?” Longoria asks again, while primping. “Because one day I might want to marry a really cute basketball player or something.”

The parody ends with Longoria pleading for "Hilton" to come to bed. “I have an audition tomorrow for something called Desperate Housewives.”

Olsen cracks: “That sounds like crap!”

Police say the man who agreed to plead guilty in a plot to sell Tom and Katie's wedding pictures has committed suicide.

The man who agreed to plead guilty to a plot to extort more than $1 million from Tom Cruise for stolen photos taken at his 2006 wedding to Katie Holmes in Italy was found dead in his home, the AP is reporting.

David Hans Schmidt, 47, was under house arrest and faced up to two years in federal prison. Authorities say it appears that he had committed suicide.

Schmidt, known as the Sultan of Sleaze, was found dead in his Phoenix townhouse on Friday afternoon after police noticed that a tracker placed on him had not moved and he had not checked in with them.

Schmidt was a controversial figure, best known for the deals he brokered to sell salacious celebrity memorabilia, including the contents of a storage unit rented by Paris Hilton, topless photos of rescued U.S. Army POW Pfc. Jessica Lynch, nude photos of Jamie Foxx and a score of videos featuring the sexcapades of stars like Colin Farrell, Tonya Harding (the "wedding night" tape), Divine Brown and Dustin "Screech" Diamond, among others.

Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee were among the first celebs to weather a sex tape scandal. Ten years later, at a taping of Tom Green's internet talk show, Anderson jokes that had Lee not been tricky, the famous footage might have never been captured!

In response to caller's question about breaking into the adult industry, Anderson, 40, playfully advised, "Just marry a rock star...Date a rock star and when they say there’s no film in the camera, there really is."

Later, discussing piercings, she joked that Lee, 44, "looks like he fell into a tackle box."

The on-again, off-again couple (currently “off” with benefits), were married in February of 1995. They have two children together, 11-year-old Brandon and 9-year-old Dylan. After filing for divorce twice without following through, Anderson proved that the third time's the charm when she separated from Lee in 1998.

Kim Kardashian is starring in a home sex tape with her ex-boyfriend, R&B singer Ray J, that she'd rather not be in. But now she has at least landed a role in something she's proud of: Beyond the Break, a teen surfing drama on the cable network The N.

A rep for Kardashian confirms exclusively to Usmagazine.com that the celebrity stylist and fashion entrepreneur has signed on to appear in four upcoming episodes of the bikini-fest, which is shot on location in Oahu, Hawaii. "They came to her," says a source. "She didn't even have to read for it."

Kardashian, 26, has never before acted, though she has run in Hollywood social circles. A longtime pal of Paris Hilton who in 2006 briefly dated Nick Lachey and most recently was linked to actor Nick Cannon, Kardashian is the step-sister of The Hills star Brody Jenner.

A source who has seen the Beyond the Break script says Kardashian will play "a good girl who is nice until you cross her."

Looks like a role for which she has recently spent a lot of time rehearsing.

Kim Kardashian wants to set the record straight. When news broke last week that Vivid Entertainment was planning to release a sex tape featuring her and her ex, singer Ray J, conspiracy theories surfaced that she was secretly in on the deal. But when Usmagazine.com caught up with Kardashian at Justin Timberlake's pre-Grammys party Friday night in L.A. she called those rumors "ridiculous."

"It's really hurtful to me and my family and, contrary to rumors, it's all happening against my will," Kardashian, 26, tells Usmagazine.com exclusively. "I'm sure any woman can understand what it feels like to be betrayed like this. I'm exploring all my legal options."

Kardashian showed her disgust with her ex the next night at the House of Hype party at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, where Kardashian hosted a pre-Grammys bash. Sources tell Us that Ray J arrived at the bash driving a brand-new $300,000 Lambourghini convertible. and when Kardashian learned he had arrived she bolted to hide in a poolside cabana.

"She refused to come out until he left," says an Usmagazine.com tattler at the party. "She demanded security remove him, and they did."

Kardashian, a fashion and style entrepreneur who owns the Dash clothing boutique in Calabasas, California, is in Las Vegas this week at the MAGIC fashion trade show promoting Christopher Brian casual wear in her role as brand spokesperson.

Usmagazine.com has learned that attorneys for Kim Kardashian plan to file a legal claim in an effort to prevent the release of an X-rated tape featuring Kardashian and her former boyfriend, singer Ray J.

When contacted by Us for comment, Kardashian, 26, a longtime pal of no-stranger-to-homemade-porn Paris Hilton, confirmed the tapes' existence, but insists she has "nothing to do" with them being made public.

Kardashian tells Usmagazine.com that she is “hurt and embarrassed” about the prospect of the tape being made public. She added that she will be issuing a statement about developments to prevent a planned DVD release. She plans to take legal action as soon as today.

Kardashian, an LA-based stylist and stepsister of The Hills star Brody Jenner, briefly dated Nick Lachey in 2005 and is most recently linked with actor Nick Cannon.

Kevin Federline Responds to Sex Tape Rumors

Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has released a statement on behalf of his client denying the existence of a reported sex tape featuring Federline and estranged wife Britney Spears. On November 12, the U.K. tabloid News of the World reported that Federline, 28, was shopping a four-hour sex tape of the couple "enjoying an uninhibited range of lovemaking."

"There is not a sex video of Kevin and Britney in existence," Kaplan says in the statement. "It goes without saying that the stories of Kevin attempting to sell such a video are patently false and anyone who reports that they have information of such attempts is either lying or reporting the lie of someone else."

On November 6, a Los Angeles superior court judge dismissed Spears' $10 million lawsuit against Us Weekly for reporting that the newlyweds had consulted their lawyer about the possible release of a sex tape by someone in their entourage.

Celebrity porn merchant David Hans Schmidt had told Us that he has been contacted by the alleged video's seller, who he had planned to meet in Hollywood today.

"He dropped the right names that made me believe he had the tape," says Schmidt.

One prevalent theory: Federline was shopping a sex tape, which Spears bought back from Federline in the wake of the couple's split. (It took Kevin's lawyer over a week after the News article to issue a statement; Spears never issued a statement of denial).
