Break out the blue cigars: Laila Ali is having a boy!

The pregnant American Gladiator co-host, 30 (and daughter of boxing champ Muhammad Ali), revealed her baby news to Usmagazine.com at Saturday's Celebrity Family Feud taping in Los Angeles.

"His name is going to be Curtis Jr. and Mohammed is the middle name," she told Us. (Ali married her husband Curtis Conway in July 2007. See their wedding picture.)

Although she has "gained 20 pounds so far," she said she hasn't had any unusual pregnancy cravings. (Check out foods other expecting stars craved.)

"I feel great!" she said.

Due in "three months," she said she plans on "doing a natural home birth with no medication." (She's also using a midwife!)

So the fitness fanatic has had to put down the weights.

"My husband has got on me a couple of times saying, 'You're not supposed to be doing that with those weights!'" she said. "I'm like, 'Oh, OK.'"

(Still, the former DWTS contestant said she manages to do "an hour of cardio on the elliptical or spinning, but not such high impact. Then, I also do some plates and light weight training, but nothing very strenuous.")

Is her famous boxing father psyched to be a granddad?

"Of course," she told Us, "but I think he'll be more excited once the baby is actually here."

It's the first child for the boxing champ and her husband, NFL star <b>Curtis Conway</b>

Boxing champ and American Gladiators cohost Laila Ali is expecting!

It is the first child for her and husband Curtis Conway, an NFL player who has three children.

"I don't know yet if we are having a boy or a girl, but I'm excited that I have a life inside me that my husband and I created," Ali says in the May issue of Essence.

"I am 100 percent undeniably happy," Ali, 30, says. "I've never been able to say that before."

Apolo Ohno Dances Away With Stars Trophy

When we said we loved Apolo Anton Ohno, America obviously agreed with Us and showed their love in the best way possible – with a giant disco ball!

He and pro partner Julianne Hough cha-cha-cha’d away with our hearts from the competition’s first week, and last night’s grand finale made them pitter-patter just a little bit faster!

The force definitely was with Joey Fatone and his pro Kym Johnson as they danced for one final time last night, reprising their famous Star Wars’ tango. The duo earned a string of perfect tens from the judges, as did mambo maven Laila Ali and her man, Maksim Chmerkovskiy. However, amid the din of audience boos, the female fighter was sent home. “We’ve had our tough times and we’ve pulled through,” Ali says, “but of course I’m pissed!” when settling for third place last night. Us, too, Laila!

From their sultry samba to Monday’s funky freestyle, though, Ohno and Hough could not have deserved the win more. Chemistry is an understatement with these two – can’t they just date already?! – and we haven’t seen scenes that steamy since Melrose Place hit primetime. Our only question for ABC: why won’t Apolo be hitting the road for the summer tour?

Now that dear old Ian Ziering has been eliminated - along with his pro Cheryl Burke (tear), it's down to the top three hotsteppin' pairs to battle for the disco ball trophy. Apolo Anton Ohno and Julianne Hough, Joey Fatone and Kym Johnson, and the lone lady, Laila Ali and her pro Max Chmerkovskiy will learn their fate on May 26.

For those of you just tuning in, it's Mr. Ohno who always does it for Us, but lately we've been thinking that the last lady standing could sneak in for a final two placement. Judge Carrie Ann Inaba couldn't be more thrilled to usher in the final three. "We have two athletes and the entertainer," she told Us backstage at last night's broadcast. "I’m pretty blown away and I’m really happy. I’m sad to see Ian and Cheryl leave, because when you get this far, you want to see everybody win," well said, "Paula Abdul."

As we anxiously await the season four finale, plans for the DWTS summer tour are underway. Unfortunately we won't be seeing our Apolo shake his stuff this summer because ABC is trading him for Brian Fortuna, Alec Mazo, Joey Lawrence, Joey McIntyre, Joey Fatone and Drew Lachey. With those steamy six on stage, here's hoping that the departing Ziering will share some of his Chippendales secrets for the summer tour!

Dancing Delivers Dull Results Show

After a much improved second outing by Dancing With the Stars's season four hotsteppers, it was especially tough to handicap the competition going into last night's results show. Who would dance for a final time? Would it be left-footed hillbilly Billy Ray Cyrus What about Shandi Finnessey, who delivered a mediocre mambo?

It took a long while, as reality results shows often do, to get to the point last night, but at least we were entertained by encore performances from Laila Ali and Maksim Chmerkovskiy along the way. Prior to Dionne Warwick's bland performance backed by Dancing's pros, we learned that it would be - shocker! - Heather Mills and her partner Jonathan Roberts who would be the first couple getting the green light for next week's performance round. Mills, who's rumored to be house hunting in LA, does not intend to leave anytime soon. In a surprisingly anticlimactic turn, host Tom Bergeron told our bottom two pick Clyde Drexler, that the fans had rallied to keep him on the dance floor another week.

Crowd favorites Ali and her partner sailed through, as did Ian Ziering and Dancing queen Cheryl Burke. When it came down to the wire, though, we weren't too surprised to see Paulina Porizkova and Alec Mazo go home. Our only suggestion moving forward? Please, production team, teach Bergeron the finer elements of surprise for next week's results show. He offered up a fair "after the break" teaser, but he and Samantha Harris need to really step it up when sending the stars home. Until then, we're looking forward to next week's jive and tango routines.
