Sharon Stone is firing back at a judge who claimed that she wanted her 8-year-old son Roan to receive Botox treatments for his "foot odor."

"This week it was reported in connection with Sharon Stone's custody dispute that she wanted to have her young 8 year-old son undergo Botox treatment at this time for his feet. Sharon Stone never made this statement. It is a complete fabrication," her attorney Martin Singer tells Entertainment Tonight. "Sharon loves her son Roan and only wants the best for him."

The statement comes days after a San Francisco judge claimed in new Superior Court papers that the actress, 50, "delegates many of her parenting responsibilities to third parties" and has "simply refused" to participate in counseling unless her "schedule is accommodated and her demands are met."

"Such conduct on the part of any parent ... is unacceptable and does not serve the child's best interest," said the judge, who added that she tends "to overreact" to many medical issues involving her son.

The judge's remarks were a tentative statement on Stone's motion to modify custody.

The judge has turned down Stone's request to move her son Roan to Los Angeles, where she lives, from his father Phil Bronstein's home in San Francisco. She is allowed visitation time with the child, including weekends and holidays.

Stone and Bronstein - who wed in 1998 - adopted Roan in 2000 and divorced in 2004.

Her ex Phil Bronstein was found to provide Roan, 8, with "a more...stable home," according to new court papers

Sharon Stone has lost physical custody of her eight-year-old son Roan, according to a court minute obtained by Entertainment Tonight.

According to documents detailing a September 12, 2008 custody hearing, her ex-husband Phil Bronstein "shall have permanent sole physical custody of child. Court finds that respondent [Sharon Stone] failed to meet her burden of proof and denies respondent's [Sharon Stone's] request for modification of custody."

According to the minute order, Bronstein is able to "provide a more structured continuity, stable, secure and consistent home that…Roan needs."

The judge notes the order is permanent unless Stone moves closer to Bronstein in San Francisco.

In October 2007, a judge had ruled that Stone and Bronstein, a newspaper editor, had "joint legal and physical custody" of Roan, whom they adopted.

Stone and Bronstein, who wed wed on Valentine's Day in 1998, announced they were splitting in 2003.

In 2006, Stone adopted her third child, Quinn Kelly Stone, who joined sons Roan and Laird.

The rapper makes his first appearance since winning sole custody of his boys

For his first public appearance since winning sole custody of his boys, Kevin Federline returned to usual stomping ground: the golf course.

Clad in baggy shorts and Chrome Hearts shades, the rapper, 30, arrived with a pal to Ryan Sheckler's X Games Celebrity Skins Classic Tuesday in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.

Asked how everything's going, he told Usmagazine.com: "I'm happy that everybody's OK."

On July 18, Federline ended his nearly two-year custody battle with Britney Spears. While he retained sole custody, Spears was awarded three visits a week from Sean Preston, 2 1/2, and Jayden James, 1 1/2, including two overnights. She also agreed to pay him $20,000 a month in child support.

But the rapper wouldn't get into details at Tuesday's charity tournament.

Asked who's a better golfer — Sean Preston or Jayden James — he told Us: "I'm not here to talk about that."

He was more open, however, when it came to his own golfing skills.

Federline told Us he can golf "anywhere from to 120 to 80," but joked that his friends "actually are the ones who are teaching me [to play]."

He said Tuesday's tournament was "fun. Anytime you can give back to somebody who's in need, it's good."

As for the rest of his summer plans?

"Don't know," the tight-lipped Federline replied. "I like to go all over."

Britney Spears has agreed to give Kevin Federline sole custody of their boys, Sean Preston, 2 1/2, and Jayden, 1 1/2.

Spears, 26, will still have visitation rights.

"The case has been settled," Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told E! Online. "The court still has to approve it."

The two are due in court Friday.

Spears currently has monitored, twice-a-week visitation with her boys, as well as one overnight-a-week.

She lost all visitation rights in January she was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Britney Spears spent Saturday night with her boys at her Los Angeles home.

It was the singer's first overnight visit with Sean Preston, 2 1/2, and Jayden James, 1 1/2, since she was hospitalized at L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in January.

The boys were dropped off Saturday and picked up around 10 a.m. Sunday, according to a source.

"Britney was very upset after the kids left," the source tells Usmagazine.com. "She now does not know when she will get them next for an overnight. She complains it could be next week, or it could be three months."

At a hearing last Tuesday, Spears, 26, was granted overnight privileges.

Asked if she were pleased with the judge's ruling, she smiled and told Us, "yes."

Meanwhile, Spears and ex Kevin Federline — who was spotted partying in Miami over the weekend — are gearing up for a custody trial, set to begin August 25.

Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told E! that a mediation session last Thursday didn't result in a custody agreement.

Federline is seeking sole physical and legal custody of sons Preston, 2 1/2, and Jayden, 1 1/2 and wants Spears to continue her current visitation terms.

Said Kaplan, "If the existing arrangement was acceptable to both parties ... we wouldn't have to go to trial. But that didn't happen."

Britney Spears was granted a change in her visitation schedule with her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James at a hearing Tuesday.

"There was a change in visitation status that was ordered by Commissioner Gordon this morning," Los Angeles Superior Court spokesperson Alan Parachini confirmed after the hearing, which both Kevin Federline and her father (and co-conservator) Jamie Spears attended. (Britney and Kevin did not address each other during the hearing.)

The details of her visitation, however, are unclear.

"I'm not at liberty to answer any questions about the nature of that change," Parachini said. (TMZ.com had reported that Spears wanted overnight visits.)

Asked by Us if she were happy with the court outcome, Spears (clutching an Ed Hardy purse) smiled and told Us, "Yes."

Next up: A status hearing set for July 15.

The couple last appeared in court May 6. Spears was granted extended visitation — three days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. — of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 20 months.

Britney Spears' visitation rights to sons Sean Preston and Jayden James were expanded Tuesday following a custody hearing with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

There was no change in custody, Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said at a press conference, but he said her time with her boys will be "more than it has been." He would not elaborate.

Spears will get three days supervised visitation a week and visitation on Mother's Day, TMZ.com reported.

"The court made orders today, they were orders that the parties were able to mostly agree to," Kaplan said. "It represents a cautious step moving forward."

Kaplan said the court was "pleased with the progress that seems to be occurring" with Spears daily.

He called the court's ruling "a step in the right direction.

"The children are doing great — that's the key," Kaplan said. "That's what all of this is about."

Court spokesman Allan Parachini also read a statement from Britney's parents, Jamie and Lynne.

"We are so pleased with Britney's progress, and we are very appreciative of the court's recognition of this progress," they said in their statement.

The next progress hearing is set for July 15.

After the hearing, Britney was spotted smiling and leaving with her parents.

When asked if she were happy, her attorney Stacy Philips gave a smile and a thumbs up sign.

As Federline left the courtroom, he smiled but did not say anything.

Federline has had primary custody of their sons since January, when Spears, 26, was involuntarily hospitalized after she refused to turn over one of the boys to Federline's bodyguard.

As the singer's stability has improved under the co-conservatorship of her father, she has been granted regular visits with her sons.

Britney's lawyer will argue that Federline's attorney is charging her too much

Following their weekend golf outing, Britney Spears' father Jamie and Kevin Federline reunited at Los Angeles Superior Court this morning for another custody hearing.

Britney's new custody attorney, Stacy Phillips, argued that Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is charging the singer too much (his last bill: $500,000). The court had previously ruled that Spears has to pay Kaplan "reasonable" attorney's fees. Phillips says Kaplan deserves, at most, $175,000.

But Kaplan fired back, "We raised our fees from $550 to $600. Our fees for the experience and expertise for the practice level are far under market for the package you get when you hire me." He added, "This is not a simple custody case."

TMZ.com is also reporting that Phillips plans to dispute a $600,000 tab from Spears' previous attorney of the firm Trope and Trope.

Jamie's role as his daughter's co-conservator was recently extended until July 31.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s custody battle was back in court again Monday afternoon.

Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, and Spears' attorney Sorrell Trope, met behind closed doors in an L.A. court to “refine certain areas” of the judge’s order last week that requires Spears to submit to random, twice-weekly drug and alcohol testing and to undergo parenting classes, the Associated Press reports.

Trope confirms to Usmagazine.com that judge Scott Gordon has signed the order putting the new custody-related restrictions in place. Trope did not say when the testing would go into effect.

Today’s hearing comes on the heels of Friday’s filing of misdemeanor hit-and-run charges against Spears by the L.A. city attorney.

Kaplan told the AP that he does not expect the filing of the misdemeanor charges last week to impact the scheduled November 26 hearing on Federline's request to increase his custody time with the former couple's two young sons. They currently split fifty-fifty custody of sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

It's hard to believe that just 12 days ago, a judge told Michael and Dina Lohan that they "demonstrated...extraordinarily good judgment." The feuding exes, who recently settled their divorce, heated up their custody battle today, all while daughter Lindsay, 21, seeks help for substance abuse.

Michael Lohan spoke to Perez Hilton about reports that he will visit Lindsay at the Cirque Lodge Treatment Center, telling the blogger that it is his right to see his daughter, despite Dina's interference. In the interview he goes on to accuse his ex of a number of shocking sins, including lying, using Lindsay for money, and keeping her "drunk," "degenerate," "rapist" boyfriend around the children. Michael, who has had legal trouble with substance abuse in the past adds, "I’ll give you a tape - a video confession - of someone who came up to me and said, ‘Michael, I know for a fact that Dina does cocaine because I delivered it to the house to her.’"

In response, Dina Lohan issued a cryptic statement to 24Sizzler.com saying, "Now the world will know why eight people were issued criminal stay away orders of protection until 2011 against Michael Lohan.”
