Nicole Richie will make a guest appearance on an episode of the NBC drama Chuck this fall.

The former Simple Life star – and mom to five-month-old Harlow – will play the high school nemesis of Special Agent Sarah Walker (played by Yvonne Strahovski).

"Nicole auditioned for the part and was very funny," executive producer Josh Schwartz said in a statement. "This role is a great opportunity for her to show off her comedic skills and be diabolically evil and kick some butt. It's going to be really fun."

In other casting news, it was announced Tuesday that Mary-Kate Olsen will appear on Samantha Who.

The rocker blogs about false wedding rumors

Joel Madden got his fans excited when he blogged Saturday: "WE DID IT!! NICOLE AND I FINALLY GOT MARRIED!! Click here for pictures!!"

Too bad he was just joking — and calling out Star magazine for falsely reporting he was planning a $2 million wedding to the mother of his five-month-old daughter, Harlow.

"HAHA. JUST KIDDING," Madden, 30, blogged. "So I feel really stupid even posting this, but I've been getting calls and texts from my family all week asking me why they weren't invited to my wedding."

"I guess the only answer I could give them was that I didn't know we were having one!" he added. "So I just found that Star magazine wrote some story about a 2 MILLION dollar wedding we are supposed to be having, and that's where it came from.

"Sooooo if you were pi--ed at me for not inviting you or even telling you, don't blame me, there's nothing to worry about," Madden wrote. "It's just Star magazine. How long do you think it will be before they write we called it off, or we broke up? I give them a week or two......."

Madden also posted pictures of two gorillas posing together in a tux and wedding dress, asking his fans to, "Check out my blog for a picture of me and my beautiful bride. All I can say is I am so very happy......."

Harlow practiced standing with mom Nicole Richie's help in a park in her Glendale, California, neighborhood Wednesday.

The infant — now nearly five months old — smiled and beamed while dad Joel Madden looked on.

Richie, who showed off her post-baby bod in denim short shorts, also cradled her purple-clad daughter while making funny faces.

Just last month, Richie's step mom Brenda told Usmagazine.com that Harlow was "trying to crawl already" and even burbling "Hi!"

"I said, 'Nicole, did you hear that?'" Brenda told Us. "Nicole said, 'I don't think she knew what she was saying!'"

Are more kids next for the 26-year-old?

"I want five children: twin boys and three girls," Richie said in the June issue of Harper's Bazaar. "I've wanted that since I was a little girl."

Pal Mary-Kate Olsen agrees Richie is up for the challenge: "Nicole is one of the most loving and nurturing mothers I have yet to come across," she tells the magazine.

The couple felt "compelled to act as quickly as possible," a source tells <b>Us</b>

Distraught by the devastation in Myanmar, Nicole Richie and beau Joel Madden taped a PSA for UNICEF.

"Nicole and Joel dropped everything so they could record it," a source close to the couple tells Usmagazine.com. "They felt compelled to act as quickly as possible."

The Good Charlotte rocker, "wants to start traveling and doing some good things for UNICEF," a source tells Us.

For Richie the focus is helping new moms.

"She is trying to do something for mothers who don't have the same resources she did. She wants to set up some sort of website so she can help people donate and really see where their money is going," says the source.

The new dad says he'll "plan something special" for Mother's Day

Joel Madden is more focused on Mother's Day than a wedding with Nicole Richie.

"Not anytime soon," the Good Charlotte rocker, 29, told Usmagazine.com when asked if the couple have plans to wed.

But Madden is looking forward to their first Mother's Day since Richie, 26, gave birth to daughter Harlow in January.

"I don't have any [plans] yet but I'm going to plan something special," he told Us at the Hornitos Cinco de Mayo Party at Crown Bar in West Hollywood Monday.

"She is a great mom," Madden said. "She is super mom!"

Harlow is even taking after her musically-oriented parents.

"We turn music on and she can't stand yet but she definitely tries to dance and move to the beat even though she's not standing or walking," he told Us.

Could Paris Hilton beat her BFF Nicole Richie down the aisle?

Maybe.

Asked on Yo on E! if he could be engaged within six months, Benji Madden replied, "I'm not gonna bet against you on that. We'll see. I'm very, very happy right now."

The rocker, 29, added that "nothing would make me happier" than spending the rest of his life with the heiress, 27.

Madden said he's always known the "real Paris.

"I always knew that she was, like, wife material, or serious girlfriend material," Madden said.

Any one who finds true love in their life "is really lucky," Madden added. "You know you just walk around feeling lucky all day. You just want to get on top of a mountain and go, 'I'm in love!'"

Also in love? His twin bro, Joel.

Benji said "it wouldn't surprise" him if Joel married Nicole Richie, the mother of four-month-old daughter, Harlow.

"They're madly in love, I can tell you that," he said. "They're like the picture-perfect couple, and they're amazing parents."

When would they tie the knot? Said Benji, "Your guess is as good as mine."
