· 1:30 am - After just 30 minutes of networking, J.Lo starts yanking and tugging husband Marc Anthony away. She says she is tired and Marc says, "Let's go home, honey."

· 2:40 am - Siennna Miller tells friends, "I'm way too hung over for this"

· 2:45 am - Justin Timberlake tells Benicio del Torro "I'm so happy for Cam, she's doing great out there..she needs to be doing this in London right now, I'm so happy I'm recording now..it sounds amazing."

· 2:46 am - Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams are eating chocolate covered waffles. Benicio tells Heath "I'm upset you didn't win.â€ Heath responds "I was just happy to look at Michelle all night.â€

· 2:47 am - An Olsen asks Kate Bosworth where her dress is from. Kate says â€œCalvin Klein! Don't you love it?"

· 3:00 am - Kiera Knightley tells a girlfriend, â€œIt smells like eggs in here."

· 3:15 am -Jessica Alba tells friends "I'm so happy I changed into this YSL dress. I'm much more comfortable!â€

· 3:19 am - Richie (back together with DJ AM) is sitting on her friends lap smiling saying, "I'm so happy.â€ Then she sits next to Barton and puts her head on her shoulder. Mischa is kissing boyfriend Cisco Adler.

· 3:20 am - Paris Hilton tells Stavros Niarchos, "I'm so uncomfortable in this dress."

· 3:21 am -Jared Leto (still carrying around his weight from the film Chapter 27) walks around looking self-conscious in a wool hat pulled all the way down and sunglasses on.

· 3:23 am - A smiling Joaquin Phoenix hangs out in the same spot for three hours with his girlfriends, mother and Casey Affleck.

· 3:30 am - Cuba Gooding, Jr. tries to kiss random girls and then says, â€œYou should stay away from married men like me. We are trouble!'

· 3:31 am - Michelle Williams grabs the an old Dawsonâ€™s Creek castmate and says, â€œI want to dance! Let's dance!â€ The two get down to an 80s pop song, while Heath stands back, takes a shot and watches her with a huge smile, saying, â€œI love watching herâ€ to his friends.

· 3:32 am - Mariah Carey tells her boyfriend that the smell of the waffles is making her hungry.

· 3:33 am - Jessica Alba dances with boyfriend Cash Warren and says, â€œYou look so hot baby!â€

·8:25 pm - Hilary Swank arrives at party with wedding band on but no engagement ring. She excitedly devours fries and chicken skewers. Someone asks her about what she is wearing to the Oscars tomorrow and she says, "I found a dress today but I don't love it. I really am not crazy about it. But I'll wear it."

·8:55 pm - Scarlett Johansson enters and immediately runs up to Swank and kisses her on the lips. She then screams out, "Oh! French fry lips!" Swank asks where Johansson's boyfriend Josh Harnett is and Scarlett says, "He doesn't feel well. He was up all night with the flu. We went to a party all night and he was up all night afterwards throwing up." Scarlett asks about Swank's (formerly-separated) husband Chad Lowe and Hillary says, "We are working things out. It's all good."

·9:30 pm - Dancing with the Stars' Stacy Keibler is on a couch flirting with Jamie Foxx, who is stroking her back. Kiebler's boyfriend Geoff Stultz is nowhere to be found

·10:22 pm - Brittany Murphy arrives with her fiance Whatshisname and they are â€œall over each otherâ€ all night.

·10:30 pm - Sienna is really chatty, laughing and sipping a martini, trying to flirt with Justin Timberlake (there sans Cameron Diaz), who is polite but does not flirt back.

·10:45 PM -Jamie Foxx plays "Goldigger" and sings along. He gives a shoutout to Kiebler, saying, "You should have won, girl." She is dancing up a storm on the dance floor.

·11 pm - The OC's Benjamin Mackenzie and Zooey Deschanel look extremely flirty and are hysterically laughing and whispering into each others' ears for the rest of the party. Co-star Mischa Barton and Mackenzie never interact.

·11:15 pm - Jamie Foxx is giving Oscar advice to Joaquin Phoenix saying, " Just be yourself and say what you want to say, man."

·11:30 pm - Jon Bon Jovi, Chris Rock, and Philip Seymour Hoffman, leave. Cuba Gooding Jr. leaves the party and jokes with the valet, "My car better not be towed! It's happened before!"

·7:45 pm - Olympian Apolo Ohno says of the Olympics, "It was crazy. It was so crazy being there. But it was great. I'm just hanging out tonight and chilling here. I feel great. I was tired when I got back but now I feel great. I am just hanging out here tonight. Just hanging out."

·8:34 pm - George Clooney arrives late and tells the executives about the ONE party, " I was just going by for a few minutes and when I walk in they tell me, 'This is your party!' I had no idea! Then they made me get up and give a speech! I was in shock! I think I did OK though." Then he jokes about the Oscars, "We won't win so I will be backstage getting drunk!"

·9:05 pm - The night's emcee mentions the fact that Charlize Theron has already won an Oscar for Monster. Charlize says, "Ha!", stands up and flexes her muscles for the room.

·9:41 pm - After dinner, George and Charlize get up and hug each other for a long time, talking and laughing.

·10:20 pm - On a smoke break outside. Charlize is talking to the executive about someone at the party who didnâ€™t believe in her talent when she was trying to break into acting. She cracks, "I want to invite her over and say, 'Uh, can you go get my Oscar?'â€

·10:35 pm -Inside, Charlize grabs a creme brulee and walks around eating it while talking to her mother and working the room.

·10:52 pm - Charlize is the last to leave. When approached by Us, she says, "I'm with my mom! It's so exciting!" of the night. When asked where boyfriend Stuart Townsend is, she repeats, "I'm with my mom! It's so exciting!"

Is Charlize Theronâ€™s relationship with Stuart Townsend over? Theron has shown up at almost every Oscar event so far with her mother as her date. When approached by Us at the Warner Bros Pre-Oscar dinner last night, she said, "I'm with my mom! It's so exciting!" When asked where Stuart was, she repeated, "I'm with my mom! It's so exciting!" This brings to mind actress-turned-writer Carrie Fisherâ€™s recent article in the The New York Times in which she writes:

My friends and I used to make bets about how long a celebrity marriage would last after the woman had won an Oscar and the man hadn't...For some men, at least, a woman flaunting an Oscar can feel like deliberate emasculation, and spell doom for the relationship.

Was Charlizeâ€™s second nomination too much for Townsend to handle? Let's hope Char wins Best Actress tonight so we can see whether, in her speech, she mentions him, omits him, or "forgets him" a la Hilary Swank.
