Eat more veggies
“You have to really increase your vegetables and things that actually speed your metabolism such as eggs, which contain lecithin,” Warner says. “Eat two eggs a day.”

"20 minutes is all you need for cardio," Warner says. To feel the burn, change the incline and speed on the treadmill to do what Warner calls High Intensity Interval Training. "That's one way to continue to not only maintain weight loss but also lose weight through the winter months," she explains.
"You can eat if you're working out to intensity! But keep a log so you know what you've done," the trainer says. "It's about calories in, calories out. If you're burning 1000 calories a day, then you can consume without gaining weight. When you write [things] down, you'll see it's working."
When it comes to logging workout hours, Warner says it's best to mix things up. "You need to not be afraid to use resistance and increase your weights," she tells Us. "Your body plateaus once a month so you have to change your cardio and weight resistance program once a month."
"Preparation is your best friend," Warner says, especially when it comes to gatherings. "Make sure before you go to parties you eat your own food first. Don't go hungry! If you have two parties to go to, don't drink the whole week until those parties. Then have two cocktails and choose them wisely."
Warner suggests skipping fruit juice drinks and eating the whole fruit instead. "Juice hasn't touched my lips in 15 years. It's just loaded with sugar," she says. "[Juice doesn't] have much nutritional value. And you need the fiber of the whole fruit, which will curb and suppress sugar cravings."
