John Mayer likes playing the field.
The singer, 30, was spotted "kissing, holding hands" and dirty dancing with ex flame Cameron Diaz at NYC GoldBar November 30, Us Weekly reports in its upcoming issue. "They were totally on a date," a source says.
But on Monday, he dined with 27-year-old Friday Night Lights star Minka Kelly — his look-a-like lover whom he has been linked to since October — at NYC's Waverly Inn. They continued their night at hot spot Butter.
Photographers taunted the couple, asking Mayer if he thought Diaz's body "was a wonderland," a play off his popular song. Mayer — who once joked that the song was about his ex, the newly engaged Jennifer Love Hewitt — called the comment "tasteful."
"You should go on stage," he told the shutterbugs as they began singing the song.
In the current issue of Us Weekly, a source tells Us the musician has been telling pals: "I am single, and Minka is not my girlfriend."
