Top 24 American Idol Contestants Get Together to Party

 INGoff.com  American Idol’s Top 24 got together last night in Hollywood to party! Between intense rehearsals, the reality show newbies joined alums Ace Young (who placed seventh on season five) and Justin Guarini (second place to Kelly Clarkson the first season) at the Day After Lounge in Hollywood. "The judges have always been saying, 'this is the best year ever' and so on, but this year I really think they got it right," Guarini told Usmagazine.com of the new group, who were selected Wednesday. Inside, guests snacked on chicken breast and fish cakes with a make-your-own cupcake desert stand. The contestants posed for photos and flirted with each other, an onlooker told Us. Kady Malloy, who sang "Unchained Melody" during tryouts, held hands with Colton David Berry — who was the last person selected to go on to the finals — at the desert table, while Kristy Lee Cook, known for her a capella rendition of "Amazing Grace" confidently strutted around the room with a few girlfriends, says an eyewitness. All of them are creative! Recently, quite a few celebrities were said to appear on the hot singles' club interracialloves.com. OMG!!! They are indeed so rich that they feel boring sometimes to need new things?

David Archuleta will not win this season. Even if he did, he wouldn't make it in the music industry. He isn't that good of a singer, not to mention he is flippin' annoying. I think a GIRL is going to take the prize this year. The girls are great this season. One of the best seasons so far!! The two best winners since American Idol started are Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood and Clay Aiken rocks too!! Can't wait to see what happens this season.

Actually the requirement is that they contestants can not be currently under a recording contract. That has always been the case; even Kelly Clarkson had a previous contract that had been terminated before season 1.

so what's the secret among the top 24? is it really fair to other constestants who were booted out to just find out that these people "on the top 24" are not undiscovered talent? carly smithson or carly henessy? is this the current idol process right now?they said a contestant should never had any recordign deal or whatsoever? hay!!amen!!!

I don't watch Idol, but I became a fan of Justin Guarini when I saw him perform in Texas about a year ago. He was a total pro. Easily, one of the most talented and enjoyable performers I've ever seen. Also, very nice during the meet and greet. On a shallow note, he was so handsome in person it kind of took your breath away. As I said, a fan ever since. I LOVE his Jazz album. He's also done film and television projects, works for TVG Network, and has a third album in the works, etc.. I think he's terrific.
