Tori Spelling gave birth Tuesday to a boy with husband actor Dean McDermott. Little Liam Aaron McDermott, who weighed 6 lbs, 6 oz was born at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Spelling, 33, and McDermott, 40, were married in May 2006. This is the first child for Spelling and second child for McDermott, who has a son from a previous marriage. And like the hippest children in Hollywood, Liam enters the world as the product of two stars of a reality series Tori & Dean: Inn Love, which premieres March 20th on Oxygen.
A source close to the couple says, "Everyone is happy and healthy."
The birth of Liam Aaron might spell happier times for the Spelling clan. After patriarch Aaron Spelling's death in June, Tori and her mother exchanged ugly words in public. And Tori recently told Us that she feared extending an olive branch to her mother because, "she'll only get hurt again." But Grandma Candy has reportedly said she wants to patch things up with her estranged daughter and was apparently at the hospital to welcome her grandson into the world.

Anyways, I heard she had a C-section, too. And what IS the deal with women having C-sections?? Not brave enough to endure real pain?! That's the whole point in being pregnant! It's one thing if it's mandatory, but getting it because you don't won't to feel anything? Cop out. Don't doctors know how to say 'no' these days?
And I hope the baby looks like some distant relative because Tori looks like a horse AND an alien and Dean's eyes are too close together. So they're both fugly and 50/50 chance they'll have a fugly baby. But it's about time she's had that thing. Seems she's been carrying him around for a year!

i don't even know if she's left the hospital yet. given the paps were there when she arrived, i just guessed they'd staked out the place waiting for them 2 come out???
she said on her&dean's myspace that she wanted a natural birth coz she was worried about scarring. this was definitely NOT a planned labor.
1.she was with dean and his son visiting from canada at venice beach earlier that day after her & dean's TODAY show appearance. dean was also in canada i think, a few weeks ago without tori(as she couldn't fly)so those who say he doesn't keep in contact with or care about his older son don't know bleep.
2.tori was meant to be on jimmy kimmel on the wednesday-i guess she thought she'd be ok coz she wasn't due til end of the month.
so happy for them & happy tori & candy have reconciled =)

Excellent point there Anon 10:56! But the answer is simple, Brad left "America's Sweetheart" for another beautiful and even more stunning woman.... and a lot of the women on this blog can't/won't get over it. They act as if Brad has left THEM and take it WAY too personal. Instead of looking to place most of the blame on Brad (after all he was the one who made a commitment and was the married one) they take it all out on Angie and it has fueled into an irrational hatred for her. Now she can't even get photographed holding one of her children or walking anywhere without all the jealous ones saying that she "hates Shiloh" or "how could she already be adopting a new child" or "why can't she adopt a child from the U.S." or even " she's way too skinny".
Nobody cares about the wife and children that Dean McDermott has left behind to hook up with the beauty challenged Tori. In fact, personally I have never even heard of him until he hooked up with her.

I think she had her son naturally cause it doesn't say anything on here about a c-section. 10:56 anon yes some celebs choose ahead of time to have a c-section but some have no choice to have one like Angelina Jolie only reason she had a c-section was the baby was breach (butt first). I tried going natural all the way with my son but his head was too big to fit through my pelvis (I don't have a small pelvis at all it is just that my husband's side mainly his dad's side all had big heads cause my father in law was born by c-section as was my husband, his bro and his cousin)

What's with all these celeb women having C-sections? Are they too delicate to give birth the old fashioned way? At least Tori didn't schedule hers ahead of time, she waited till her water broke.
I do hope the kid gets his fathers looks. BTW, where's all the screaming about how Tori and her new husband committed adultry? Remember, he has an ex-wife and a couple of kids he dumped for Tori..and she dumped her first husband. They had an affair after meeting on a movie set. Wow, Brad and Angie get crucified, and these two get congratulations on the baby. Amazing...

When I had my first child I was so vain. Nothing was going to stop me. Before we left for the hospital I took my shower, shaved my legs, did my hair and applied the make up.
When I had my second The shower and blow dried hair was enough.
By the third all hell went out the window, I just wanted my baby out.

7:06am anon a woman who has gained a lot of weight (water weight included) will look a little bloated in the face towards the end of pregnancy. A woman in labor doesn't look like crap she is more focused on the labor than anything and if the person wears makeup they tend to forget to put it on if labor has already started.

I just spent 2 1/2 hrs watching the worse James Bond ever Casino Royal. The story made no sense (what boyfriend) and the action scenes where filmed so fast you could not understand what was going on.It was like watching a freight train pass do you remember who was on the train no it moved to quickly.I do not understand the reviews and pole making Craig the best Bond ever. He is not he looks like a caveman and cannot act his way out of a paper bag. It is bad. Connery and Pierce are the best Bond ever in acting and looks. They even changed the drink he usually orders they wanted to do something different they should have called him Bob Caveman than and did a different movie but don't mess with our James Bond.When you have more question than answers you know they just threw something together. They wanted him to love and lose but not how it all fits with what we already know about Bond. Makes no sense. Daniel Graig at time looked like Poppy the Sailor man. Ugly

glad Candy is able to forgive Tori for the awful things she said about her mom. I know Tori was nasty towards Dean's ex wife. I wonder if baby Liam will ever have a relationship with his older half siblings.

this photo is of her being wheeled into the hospital--she was in LABOR when this photo was taken & that's why she looks so unhappy. she wasn't being wheeled out, boneheads!!! don't you all read perezhilton?!?!? he had these photos posted hours ago..........

i work in a hospital and they can wheel you in just for the simple fact that you want to be wheeled in, and especially if you're pregnant. so i think she's probably going in, it looks like she has one of those labor pillows or something.

congrats to both of them. i hope the birth went ok. when i had our son, the umbilical cord was wrapped around his legs and neck in a figure 8, and wrapped twice around his neck. i was able to have him without a c-section, but the doc said if they would've seen that earlier, they would've frowned on a natural birth. anyhow.....i wish them well and hope the baby is healthy.

i got wheeled in on my 2nd baby. and i have 3 all together.
the baby came SOOOOOOOOOOO FAST that he was almost falling out of me!!!! i could not even get meds 4 the pain because i was so far along. the doctors checked me when i 1st got there and they already know his hair color.... they unlocked my brackes on my bed and where screaming 4 the doctor to get there!!!!!..... as they rolled me into a privet room.....LOL
