Justin Timberlake's BFF and (business partner) Trace Ayala is engaged to Reba star JoAnna Garcia, the actress's rep confirms to Usmagazine.com.

Ayala recently told Usmagazine.com that the secret to a good relationship is, "both people have their own thing going on and there is a lot of time for yourself."

"He is the most romantic guy on the planet!" Garcia gushed to Us about her beau of two years at the Love Guru premiere in Hollywood, CA on June 11. "I will come home and there will be a bouquet of flowers... or he'll force me to eat this fantastic bowl of pasta. It is so wonderful."

Ayala doesn't expect Timberlake and girlfriend Jessica Biel to walk down the aisle anytime soon.

Asked if he sees wedding bells in their future, Ayala said, "I hope so. To be honest, I don't see them in the future, but I hope so. I really do."
