Heidi Montag showed off a new look on Saturday, the day after undergoing a lip enhancement procedure.
The 21-year-old Hills star joined boyfriend Spencer Pratt and his sister Stephanie for dinner in Brentwood. ("I'm in it for the long haul," Montag recently told Us of their relationship.)
In other Hills news, Lauren Conrad reunited with her ex, Stephen Colletti. They were seen making out on Saturday night.

I think you shouldn't judge her because every single celebrity has had or will have some kind of cosmetic surgery. More members of the Hills cast have probably had work done, so why does she take all the crap. At least she doesn't try to lie and cover it up.

Her lips don't really look all that bad. It may be the only thing though. She looked way better without huge, unnatural looking breasts, and I think what's worse is that she is changing SO many things about herself. Insecurity to that extreme is VERY unattractive.

I love US magazine. However, I have to admit I am sick to death of the Heidi and Spencer articles. What is their appeal?? He is a creepy weirdo and she is a horse-faced ditz. Looks good. But I prefer her original lips. Ya know many fans love her not becuase of her lips, she just should be herself.
