I'm not Korean, but I know Korean culture.
Whether she's ever been to Korea or not doesn't matter. At least she's identifies with her culture (despite American television putting her in roles as a "Chinese woman.")
FYI: it's a modern update to the traditional Korean Hanbok. I don't think her hair goes with the outfit though; could've gone with the traditional hairstyle too. But GOOD JOB, Sandra! It was a classy move. F*ck the haters.

I think it's beautiful! Korean traditional dresses are so colorful yet simple. This dress does the same but with a modern twist. So pretty!
