Vanity Fair Crowns Blake Lively, Emma Roberts "Hollywood's New Wave"

Mamma Mia!'s Amanda Seyfried, 22; Emma Roberts, 17; and Blake Lively, 20; and Panic Room's Kristen Stewart, 18, have been dubbed "Hollywood's New Wave" in the new issue of Vanity Fair.

(Previous titleholders? Lindsay Lohan, Hilary Duff and Evan Rachel Wood in 2003.)

The girls spilled all.

Fashion
Seyfried digs "Miu Miu. I can’t afford it, but I love it." She adds that Prada pumps "make a woman’s leg look fantastic.” Roberts reveals she has "probably a little under 50" pairs of shoes and prefers Christian Louboutin heels and classic Chuck Taylors. Her style icon? “I love the way Mary-Kate and Ashley dress. I know that’s probably cliché to say." As for Lively, she can't get by without “Jimmy Choo and Chanel. I can’t stand it: the security guards know me there.” Stewart says she doesn't need a label: She likes "anything that’s beat up. I kind of like to look like a hobo.”

Guys
The girls definitely have boys on the brain. Roberts said she'd take Justin Timberlake over John Mayer. Lively (who is seeing Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgley) joked, "I’m dating Brad Pitt.” (For the record, she said Angelina Jolie was her favorite "girl's girl.") Stewart, meanwhile, doesn't want any of those A-listers. She says her No. 1 crush is “my boyfriend, [actor] Michael Angarano!”

Role Models
Seyfried said Claire Danes "was the first girl I related to in some way.” Stewart picked Jodie Foster.

First Hollywood Moment:
Roberts said she realized she hit it big "after my television show started airing, and I would be walking around the mall or just out with friends, and girls would come up to me and be like, ‘Oh my God, we love your show, we love this!’ And I would look around still, and be like, ‘Are they really talking to me?’" Asked when she had her first "Hollywood" moment, Lively joked, "I hope not ever."

I find it strange that girls that young would pose so scantily clad. It does seem like a throwback to all the beach bunnies or more vintage actresses of the Fourties and Fifties. I still think that if they had such a high sense of moral integrity, then thay might not have posed for this.
That's just my opinion. I love all of the actresses and realize that they work hard, and work even harder to maintain a postive image. Hollywood could easily influence one to sell out, or to forget their own values.
Every young person has to figure out who they are, and perhaps this type of recognition was a positive experience, a bonding experience. After all, all those girls are in the same boat, the same struggle.
Hollywood is an evil monster fueled by the excessively blind worship of every day people like you and I.

The magazine WEALTHY GOSSIP reported that woman is seeking men on mixed loving . c o m these days. On that site, there are some of her hot pictures and the wordings show he needs sugar daddy in a hurry. But she said it is an absolutely slur and she are requiring the apologize from the magazine!

Otherwise, you have people that are connected to already famous people (ehem--hello Emma), and the others' talent is in direct competition with Heidi/Spidi and LC. Nice huh? Remember when Hollywood was about talent, glamour and class??

Acting is a job. And it is a hard job. The only reason regular people doing an acting job become celebrities is because the public makes them that way. It's not their fault. If you don't like it, don't read UsWeekly for one thing. We take an unusual interest in them and that's why celebrity status exists. These girls are all dedicated to their craft and have learned how to not be super annoying or have any sense of entitlement. They shouldn't be blamed or criticized because Vanity Fair chose to write an article on them. And for the record, a B list actor is someone you recognize from a lot of movies but who generally plays the co-star and therefore doesn't have a famous 'name.' These four are all A list because the majority of people know them just by name. Or will soon enough.

I wonder if there will ever be some sort of hollywood backlash. kind of like with disco. Sooner or later 'regular' people are going to get a life and realize how over saturated we are with everything hollywood and the celebries and instead of asking for autographs and pictures we start egging them and booing and hissing at them. Now that would be entertaining.
