War Rages in The Hills

On last night's finale of season two of MTV's The Hills, we saw Heidi Montag move out of Lauren Conrad's apartment and move in with her much-reviled boyfriend, Spencer Pratt (to the displeasure of Spencer-hating Conrad).

Usmagazine.com has now learned what has happened between the former roommates since the dramatic moving-out episode was filmed several months ago.

"Lauren and Heidi are no longer friends," a Hills source tells us. "They never talk or hang out. Spencer achieved his goal and broke them apart."

The feud heated up even more Monday night. Sources snitch that Montag declined MTV's invitation to attend The Hills: Finale After Party filmed before a live studio audience at MTV Studios in NYC last night.

During the broadcast, when host Susie Castillo asked Conrad how her friendship is with Heidi these days, she replied bluntly, “It’s definitely different.”

So why did Heidi decline to join fellow Hills stars Conrad, Audrina, and Whitney at the after party show?

A source tells Usmagazine.com that she opted to stay back in Los Angeles with Pratt, who was not invited. "Heidi was offended they wouldn't invite Spencer."

But Lauren hasn't completely ruled out a reconciliation with her former BFF.

When Usmagazine.com recently asked Conrad whether she and Heidi could be friends again if she breaks up with Spencer, Conrad answered, "Of course, I love Heidi. I was in a similar situation with her last year when I moved out with my boyfriend [Jason Wahler]. Heidi and I barely talked, but as soon as we broke up, she was there for me, and it only made our friendship stronger."

Meanwhile, Pratt and Montag are still shacking up in a Hollywood apartment. "We're going to take over the world," Pratt recently told Usmagazine.com. "Heidi is the biggest star from that show."

i love whitney can she get her own show. heidi had made a huge mistake, whenever spencer talks to her he's ripping her off, acting really sarcastic.

wouldn't heidi see the comments spencer made to brody on the last episode? every main character receives a copy of the season before it's aired. i'm suprised the viewing did not affect their relationship. i would have dropped his bleep YEARS AGO.

I think Heidi should wake up and realize Spencer was in it for what she could do for him professionally. He admitted to his buddy he has no intention of settling down. Heidi was becoming famous because of Lauren and her new show. Spencer is a nobody and saw Heidi as his ticket to big bucks. My question is this: Does Heidi not realize her man has 2 different cell phones? What a gullible bi&^$. If she had any self confidence, or brains @ all, she would have been gone long ago. I think that "Playmates" should have been a signal. Is she stuck in High School? Has her brain stopped evolving since she met this boy? I'm sure that we've all been in similar situations, but we learn BEFORE alienating and losing our best friend! This must have been the best thing that could have ever happened to Lauren. I think that spencer forced heidi to move in and that heidi was so annoyed of spencer telling her to move in that she did just to make spencer happy. I hope that heidi will dump spencer. If she stays with him after seeing the last episode when he states "he was born a player and he's not changing" yeah believe me he meant what he said and she will regret moving in with him. I think Spencer never liked Heidi. He just wanted a dumb girl that he could toss around. He just wanted to be on the show to try and become something that he's never going to be. Also, Heidi gave Jordan (her ex boyfriend) on last seasons shows such baby bull crap about him treating her like a PRINCESS and the only thing that Spencer did was took her to Santa Barbara for a weekend. BOO HOO! Jordan did much more for her. So, why talk such BS about Jordan treating her right and not say the same to Spencer. You would think after watching Lauren go through what she did with Jason Heidi would have learned her leason. But dont worry Lauren is the star if the show not Hedi. I think they belong together. They are two horrible people that only received attention because of Lauren. I must admit that Lauren's relationship with Jason seemed very similar but she woke up!
