VIDEO: Watch NKOTB Perform Their Old Hits

Flashback!

New Kids on the Block performed together for the first time in 15 years on Today this morning.

The boy band sang and danced their way through a medley of old and new hits — including "You Got It (the Right Stuff)," "Hangin' Tough" and "Step by Step." (Watch above.)

Despite the rainy weather, over 3,000 fans cheered on the band — one of the show's largest turnouts for its outdoor concert series. Some fans had even camped out overnight.

"I'm going to spend the night just to be ready so early!" joked Joey McIntyre to Usmagazine.com on Thursday.

This comment is for someone that wrote that Joe was laughing and should take things more seriously, he was laughing because that day was rainning and the floor was wet and if you watch closely, Jordan slides through the stage right before he laughs. That's why he laughed, not because he was making a joke out of it, and who cares, they are goofballs and I love them because of who they are. I love that part of the video, everytime I watch this video I go back several times in the video to see that part again, and again. Love NKOTB, and Jordan Knight forever!

I loved NKOTB on the " Today Show" in May! I was so excited to see them preform again! I've been a fan since 1989 & I'm still a huge NKOTB fan! Jordan has always been my favorite & he still is! Co cute! I can't wait to get their new CD! It's been 15 years of waiting!! I love NKOTB!!

I really enjoyed their performance. It was fun and brought back old memories. Of course it was a bit cornball watching grown men singing bubble gum songs, but they had to, the new songs haven't been released yet. But they had good energy and really represented the NKOTB brand. I think it will be intersting to hear the new stuff, to see if they have grown as artists, or if they will reitterate their old sound. Time will tell..But good for them for getting back into the game. I think we will all be surprised by their new record. They grew up in the business, and were the biggest act of their time, and I think they still have a lot to offer.

Listen Peanut Butter Cup, These guys were big in the 80's and 90's and got a bad rep but for awhile they were the hottest things around selling out concerts and on every cover of every magazines,teens couldn't get enough of them and the guys wanted to be like them.
It does sound like you are very young from your post,NKOTB is what Justin Timberlake is to you. Remember Justin,Brittany Spears and Christina Aguleria were in the Mickey Mouse club(lol) before you knew them as what they are today. NKOTB were the original boy band group of our generation, they got in some mess in the 90's and they were gone and who do you think copied their moves and began to mimic them? 98 degrees,the Back Street Boys,NSYNC,there's a few more I cant think of right now, but listen closely to the songs of these new boy band groups and you tell me if they don't sound just like the new kids on the block(BACK STREETS BACK).
I agree it's funny to see them now in 2008 performing.. to you, because you don't know them.Lets also not forget the great "Mark Walhberg" you probably like him and if not for his brother Donnie Walhberg's success he may not have had the jump start in his career. You were probably in diapers when they were the bomb. I can understand that.. and if you weren't then maybe your just not a happy person.

Leave them alone and talk about the real trash Paris Hilton made famous by little idiots who idolize a rich moron who does sex tapes and drinks..wow so talented and Brittnay Spears 2 babies and no custody eating fried chicken and shaving her head, shes so classy and again talented. 12:18 is the correct one, not you. They were big from 1988-1990. They faded out by 1991; I know because I was a teen then, and judging from your immature poster, you probably weren't even born yet. So get your facts straight before you go criticizing that other poster. As for "getting back on the 80's bus", I agree. They're too old to sing teen hits anymore and I wasn't excited watching their awkward attempt at a "comeback".

Ok....I was a HUGE fan back in the day. I have to agree with 12:15, it was a little rough. I've seen them twice on stage 15 years ago and I have tickets for them on Sept 21. I am looking forward to it. I just wish Joe didn't laugh a few times and make it into a joke. He was always and still is my favorite. But...people are paying money to see you...you should take it more seriously.
Love them though!

Loved the NKOTB when I was younger, and Jordan was my favorite.
