- Star Jones told Usmagazine.com exclusively that Barbara Walters' claim that Jones forced her to lie about her gastric bypass surgery on The View "speaks true to her character."Added Jones, "It is a sad day when an icon like Barbara Walters, in the sunset of her life, is reduced to publicly branding herself as an adulterer, humiliating an innocent family with accounts of her illicit affair and speaking negatively against me all for the sake of selling a book." When asked if the singer would be a great mother, friend Tyler Perry told Us:"Absolutely!"
- Britney Spears was granted extended visitation rights for her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James. She also surprised Rock The Cradle contestants by showing up for the season finale Thursday night.
