I actually love Nicole Richie. I think she's hilarious. That being said, I'm sorry but she could have killed herself and other motorists when she drove under the influence of drugs, going the wrong way on a major Cali freeway. I feel bad that she's pregnant, but still, that shouldn't be a get out of jail (literally) free card. She committed a crime and she has to do whatever time she is sentenced to. For everyone who jumped on board the throw the book at Paris Hilton train, I hope you're not going to be hypocritical and now say that Nicole should be given a break. Both were wrong and acted criminally, but I think Nicole's actions were far worse. If she truly has turned over a new leaf, then great, but she still has to be accountable for who she used to be, especially since this new Nicole is still relatively new. If you have millions of dollars, you have no excuse for why you went out drinking/on drugs and driving. You can hire a driver, get a limo, or even take a taxi. There's really no excusing her behavior. So, I still like her and think she's funny, but that doesn't take away from how incredibly stupid it was of her to put her life and everyone else's life on that freeway in danger.

I like Nicole... I think it is cool that she is settling down and starting a family. I think that she does deserve jail time though, just like an normal person would. I hope she can serve her time before the baby is born... then when she gets out, she can focus solely on her family.

Hmm... Nichole Richie is probably attempting to push back her date as much as possible in attempts to gain sympathy from the court as a clearly pregnant woman. Poor baby.

That diesn't even LOOK liek her in that pic. But I have seen others with her and that pillow, so maybe it is. And if she does get jailtime, it won't be for that long. She'll be fine.

What a bring down. This girl has serious issues.
