if i had to pick i think it looks slightly better on cheryl but i think its an ugly dress either way. not voting sry.

The shoes would have been a deal breaker here I think, but you can't really see them. I'm not loving either of them in this. The cuts hit the wrong place and make them look wide with bigger hips than either have. Steph wins. It's more age appropriate for her. When it's tough to call I will always go with fit. The fit on Steph is better.
