Seriously? The majority thinks Julianne Hough looks best? The skirt pans out like a cone and it is horrible for her pink skin-tone. She looks like she's turned inside out. Also note bland shoes do not go with a bland and skin-coloured outfit.
I think Michelle Williams needs to GAIN SOME WEIGHT!!! She's super thin, and everything she's been wearing lately just enhances that and makes her look awful!
