Shakira wins because she's a beautiful girl in spite of a hideous outfit. There's not much help for Taylor. She looks like she'd be a total b*tch.
I think Taylor needs to get rid of the bleach blonde hair... and her makeup is not cute lately. However, I don't like the leggings Shakira is wearing with this dress/shirt thing... so I voted for Taylor

Taylor most defiantly. Shakira, whom paired it with black opaque tights looks ten times more stumpier. If she wanted to be modest, she should be a gothic harajuku girl.
Please, please, please - for the love of God - someone tell Taylor Momsen to ditch the bleach blonde hair, vamp makeup, and Courtney-Love-wannabe look . . . she's so much prettier without it!
