Celebrity makeup artist Daniel Martin is changing lives left and right — first he created the beauty look seen round the world (and lusted after times a million) for Meghan Markle on her wedding day to Prince Harry. Then, he gave us all the secret to a perfect rosey pout in a look that he created for Olivia Culpo for the Town and Country fete at the One Brooklyn Hotel.
The look, which he posted to his Instagram account, was clean and glowing (his signature) with a focus on a kissable, natural-looking but pink lip. Overall, the style he crafted for Culpo was not too different from the makeup he did on Meghan the day she became a Duchess — he just added a thin wing to the former Miss America’s peepers to up the sexy-factor a touch.
Of course, the cornerstones of Martin’s makeup are fresh, dewy skin (he advises using a water-based foundation for that purpose) that is sheer and natural with light contouring. Instead of reshaping Culpo’s face, he enhanced her bones structure with a natural bronzey-blush — a hue that was echoed in the eyeshadow he used on her lids.
And for the focus of her look — her full and pretty pout — Martin shared in the comments of his post that he dabbed Dior Addict Lip Tattoo in 571 Cranberry onto Culpo’s lips for the oh-so kissable color.
