About
Emily Maynard Johnson was engaged to former NASCAR driver Ricky Hendrick, who was killed in a plane crash at the age of 24 before they could tie the knot. Emily later found out she was pregnant with Hendrick’s child and gave birth to daughter Josephine in 2005.
Emily starred on season 15 of The Bachelor in 2011, winning the heart of Brad Womack. Following their split, Emily went on to be the season 8 Bachelorette. She accepted a proposal from entrepreneur Jef Holm, but the pair split in 2012. Two years later, Emily married Tyler Johnson. The couple have six children together: Jennings (born in 2015), Gibson (born in 2016), Gatlin (born in 2017), Magnolia (born in 2020) and Jones, who was diagnosed with Down syndrome after he was born in 2022.
