Shaun White

The California native fell in love with winter sports at a young age and had his first sponsorship by the age of 7. Known as the “Flying Tomato,” White later became one of the most decorated professional athletes, earning three Olympic gold medals across the 2006, 20010 and 2018 Winter Olympics. He also holds the record for most X Games gold medals and has won 10 ESPY Awards.

Not only is White an exceptional winter sports competitor, but he’s also made a name for himself as a pro skateboarder. He is the first and only person to win both a Summer and Winter Dew Cup and was the first person to compete and medal in both the Summer and Winter X Games.

Outside of the sports world, White has pursued a career in music with his band, Bad Things. The electronic rock group performed at Lollapalooza festival in the summer of 2013 and released their first album in January 2014. White has also made cameos in film and TV, including a brief appearance in 2011’s Friends With Benefits.

In April 2020, Us Weekly broke the news that White was dating Vampire Diaries alum Nina Dobrev. He previously dated Phantogram singer Sarah Barthel from 2013 to 2018.
