Bradley's gettin' his hair did! After a very busy awards season, Bradley Cooper is back to work, and collaborating again with Silver Linings Playbook director David O. Russell on an as-yet-untitled flick. Shooting recently began in Boston, and on Friday, the Oscar-nominated hunk, 38, was snapped prepping with a script — and with his hair being set in tiny, pink rollers!
As he exited from a trailer, the cutely coiffed Best Oscar nominee wore an open army-green shirt. Cooper's Silver Linings costar Jennifer Lawrence is also set to costar in the film, about the Abscam scandal of the late 1970s and early 1980s — in which a U.S. senator and other powerful leaders were convicted in an FBI sting operation.
Back in January, Cooper told E! News back in January that he actually permed his hair to screen test for the flick. "I permed my hair today," Cooper explained. "We did a camera test today and we were playing with the idea of [my character] having curly hair. Like rollers in the hair!"
As for Cooper's first-ever Oscar nomination? "I don't want to win an Oscar," he told British GQ before losing the statue to Daniel Day-Lewis. "It would change nothing. Nothing. The things in my life that aren't fulfilled would not be fulfilled."
