The Patriots quarterback, 38, posted a sweet message on his Facebook on Wednesday, along with a photo of Bündchen riding a horse with their 3-year-old daughter, Vivian. In the photo, the supermodel looks carefree while taking in the outdoors with her mini-me.

“Happy Birthday to the love of my life. May this year be your best and brightest and most fulfilling. We love you!,” the NFL pro captioned the post.

The Brazilian bombshell already has a big year ahead of her. According to Women’s Wear Daily, Bündchen is coming out of retirement to make an appearance during the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. According to reports, she's rumored to be walking in the opening ceremony to represent her home country.

The former Victoria’s Secret Angel, who also shares six-year-old son Benjamin with Brady, retired from the runway after strutting her stuff in the Colcci Ready to Wear Spring/Summer 2016 fashion show in São Paulo last April.

At the time, Brady posted an equally sweet post dedicated to his wife.

“Congratulations Love of my Life. You inspire me every day to be a better person. I am so proud of you and everything you have accomplished on the runway. I have never met someone with more of a will to succeed and determination to overcome any obstacle in the way,” he posted on Facebook in April 2015, along with a shot of Bündchen from the show. “You never cease to amaze me. Nobody loves life more than you and your beauty runs much deeper than what the eye can see. I can't wait to see what's next. I love you. #GOAT #thebestisyettocome.”
