The lip kits that could have been! After yet another two lip kit colors sold out in quick succession on Thursday, July 21, Kylie Jenner took to Snapchat to share the news and reveal a fun fact: She has created more than three dozen shades that have never been released.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 18, posted a pic that showed the 37 colors, in every hue from lavender to a sheer metallic, that never saw the light of day. “All the glosses I created and never released,” she captioned the shot with a sad-face emoji.
Jenner followed up with just the question: “Can u imagine my matte collection” (plus the pondering hand-on-chin emoji).

Fortunately, the social media queen has released plenty of glosses for her rabid fan base to choose from. In fact, she launched three — Kristen (a strawberry red named after her mom, Kris Jenner), Maliboo (a toasted almond) and Ginger (a mauve) — earlier that day. But, as she noted via Snapchat, all three colors sold out almost instantly.

She did, however, have happy news for those who couldn’t score the latest lip kits: “Kristen and Maliboo will be re-stocked on Friday, along with Ginger, the color I’m wearing right now,” Jenner said in a Snapchat video. “So don’t worry if you didn’t get it!”
