One week down! Hilaria Baldwin showed off her "shrinking Baldwin baby bump" in a brand-new underwear selfie on Wednesday, June 24, just seven days after she gave birth to her second child with husband Alec Baldwin.

As in her first post-baby lingerie pic from June 19 — which she snapped a mere 48 hours after her son was born — the 31-year-old yoga instructor posed in profile in front of a mirror, using her phone to take the photo. She wore nothing but a pair of black lace briefs and what looks like a black tank rolled up to bare her tummy.

As the proud second-time mom explained last week, she plans to document the changes to her body post-pregnancy, via a series of pictures on Instagram.

"I have been planning on doing post belly photos but didn't know if I was gonna have the guts to actually follow through," she wrote. "I hope you understand my intention here: I believe it is important to accept and love our form after going through a bit of battle bringing life into this world."

The Extra correspondent and her hubby welcomed baby boy Rafael on June 17. He joins big sister Carmen, 21 months, who's apparently adjusting quite well to her new bro.

"A little update since so many of you are asking: Rafael is one week old today and we are so in love with him. I'm excited to show him to you…we are just spending a bit of quiet time as a family first," Hilaria captioned her newest post-baby selfie.

"Carmen has really surprised us how well she has taken to being a big sister," she continued. "I was so nervous but she impresses me day after day with her generosity and love to her little brother. I'm a lucky mama. #BlessedTimesTwo"
