Good girl gone bad! Kendall Jenner isn’t afraid to open up about her rebellious streak. The 19-year-old supermodel recently rocked the red carpet with a scandalous new accessory — a nipple piercing.
At both the Harper’s Bazaar Icons event on Sept. 16 and during the Sept. 13 Diane von Furstenberg show, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star flashed her new metal ball piercing in revealing ensembles.
Jenner clearly isn’t trying to keep the piercing a secret. In fact, she recently opened up to Page Six about what led her to get it.
“It is true,” she said. “I was going through a period in my life, having a rough time, being a rebel and was like, ‘Let’s just do it.’”
But she wasn’t exactly fearless when it came time to get it done.
“[I was] so terrified, I’m laying on the bed like ‘Why am I doing this,’” she admitted. “Honestly, it hurt, but wasn’t as bad as everyone made it seem and maybe because everyone hyped it up and I thought it would be really, really bad. Then it wasn’t as bad as I expected.”
So far momager Kris Jenner hasn’t weighed in on her daughter’s piercing, but she did open up about her youngest daughter Kylie’s lip injections during a recent interview with Access Hollywood.
“I got really upset,” Kris said. “And then it was done, and I had to let it go.”
