Five weeks later and she’s good! Scarlett Johansson looked amazing in NYC on Wednesday, Oct. 8, when she showed off her slim post-baby body five weeks after giving birth to her daughter Rose.
The actress, 29, looked like she has been hard at work to regain her coveted curvy figure as she headed to the gym in skintight black leggings and a form-fitting navy hoodie. Johansson’s astoundingly svelte physique and toned calf muscles were on full display as she leaned up to kiss her fiance Romain Dauriac, who was wearing a mysterious gold band on his left ring finger.
During the couple’s street-side makeout session, French journalist Dauriac gave the star’s pert butt an affectionate squeeze as he leaned in for more kisses.
The lovey-dovey pair welcomed their first child together, daughter Rose Dorothy, last month. A source confirmed to Us Weekly that their little girl’s name, which appeared to be a nod to Golden Girls, was pure coincidence in the days following their baby news.
The proud new parents got engaged in 2013 after a 10-month whirlwind romance. Johansson was previously married to Ryan Reynolds for two years until the stars divorced in 2010. (Reynolds is currently expecting his first child with second wife, Blake Lively.)
In an interview with Vogue, the buxom star said she appreciated being with someone outside of the industry. “It is [easier], but it’s more than that,” Johansson said. “We do different things. He’s in the whole art-scene world. So it’s nice, because we can enjoy each other’s worlds, but we don’t have our crazy conflicting schedules and all that other stuff to contend with.”
