Ashley Iaconetti, a.k.a., Ashley I., is aiming to get in the best shape of her life for her August 2019 wedding to Jared Haibon. And she and her trainer, Stephen Pasterino, are giving Us an exclusive, behind-the-biceps look at her bridal workout.
“The idea behind the workout is to not really beat everybody up and break you down,” Pasterino says of his P.volve method, which is adored by Victoria’s Secret models including Romee Strijd. “It’s trying to create a program that’s more nurturing to your body and is extremely sustainable, so they can stay consistent with the workouts, or they’re constantly conditioning their muscles, always moving, and avoiding that breakdown that you get from traditional exercise.”
The lengthening and sculpting fitness regimen has already done the trick for the Bachelor in Paradise star, 30, whose goal is to show off toned arms and a tight waist in her ballgown-style wedding dress. “It’s the only workout I’ve never dreaded in my entire life,” she tells Us. “It’s so low-impact and you’re like, ‘OK, I can feel this, but it’s not killing me,’ and the results are amazing… It’s actually, like, too good to be true.” Agrees Pasterino, “It’s like magic, honestly.”
