Never Get Complacent
One of the biggest reasons Jameson continues to have success with the keto diet is her willingness to switch it up. As the star revealed on May 18, 2019, she switched up her daily menu yet again — and it’s worked to keep her body svelte. Following intermittent fasting principles on keto, she makes herself coffee when she wakes up at 6 a.m. Breakfast comes at 10 or 11 a.m. after she gets hungry, and is eggs with sour cream and Cholula sauce. At 2 p.m., she makes herself a cabbage salad with a chicken breast. Her last meal of the day happens at 6 p.m. “I’m a steak lover,” she wrote, “so I always have a beautiful ribeye on hand!”
