Over the last year, the seemingly ageless actor has portrayed incredibly fit superheroes (see: Wonder Woman) and supervillians (see: House of Cards). And her roles have pushed the 52-year-old star to increase her dedication to her workout routine even more. For her arms and core, her trainer, Grace Lazenby, revealed to Harper’s Bazaar in October 2017 that Wright practices Pilates rowing exercises: “You’re engaging your chest, core, back triceps and biceps,” she said. The actress, who has followed a strict Paleo diet at times, also starts many of her days with a run on the beach.
