She’s glowing! A day after announcing her pregnancy, Alexa PenaVega debuted her baby bump in a tiny bikini while on vacation in Grenada with her husband, Carlos PenaVega.
The Spy Kids actress, 27, shared a photo of herself on a boat, holding her growing stomach while wearing a pink and black two-piece swimsuit on Friday, June 17.
“And so the journey begins,” she captioned the sweet shot. “#IslandBaby Already taking this little nugget to all our favorite spots! #GodIsGood.”
Her husband, 26, reposted the pic, adding, “I pray you love the ocean as much as we do.”
On Father’s Day, the hunky actor, who finished in fourth place on season 21 of Dancing With the Stars with pro partner Witney Carson, posted a photo on Instagram of himself rubbing his wife’s belly as she lounged on a hammock.
“A perfect first #fathersday,” he captioned the picture on Sunday, June 19.
Alexa — who also competed on season 21 of DWTS, but was eliminated in week 7 with pro partner Mark Ballas — then shared a touching message to Carlos, writing on Instagram, “Happy first #FathersDay to this incredible man right here. You make everyone smile and are a light to everyone you meet. You are going to be the most amazing daddy. I love you my angel! #Blessing #dorks #IamTotallyDoingACreepyStare #CantGetEnoughOfYou.”
As previously reported, the happy couple, who tied the knot in January 2014, announced that they’re expecting on Thursday, June 16.
“PREGNANT! It’s #ClearblueConfirmed a lil blessing is joining the PenaVega fan! #ItsHappening,” the beauty tweeted. The former Big Time Rush singer also joined in on the big news, adding, “There is going to be a new cool kid in town… And by cool I mean dorky just like their father. A little PenaVega is on the way!!! #ItsHappening #HolyWow #Imgoingtobeadaddy.”
Alexa was previously married to film producer Sean Covel, 40, but they split in July 2012 after two years of marriage.
